"The perfect place for us to stay and visit family nearby. The area was quiet and pleasant with well groomed lawns and the walk down apartment was private and spacious with all the necessary amenities. We were very comfortable. Plenty of coffee and bottled water was provided and we enjoyed the microwave popcorn. They also provided extra comforters and pillows and the shower had plenty of hot water. We hope to make this our go to place in the future."

The home was very spacious and allowed for us to cook nice meals, have family dinners, and play games in the living room. The biggest convenience was how close the grocery store was. Great for any family coming in from out of town and need to run to the store in under 5 minutes! The host was so quick to respond to any questions we had and was super kind. "The house has reasonable check in and check out procedures, and is immaculate. We loved the hot tub. They seem to use really scented products, and I had a reaction to them. They were nice enough to speedily deliver new sheets washed in water. "

While we didn't end up using the kayaks and toys in the boat house (though we were very tempted), the view from the spacious sunroom was amazing and where my friends and I spent most of our time chatting and playing tabletop games during our stay. Plenty of seating for all. The kitchen is updated and fun to cook in, and I slept super well in the master suite...

"Mt two children and I enjoyed our stay at John Paul’s place. This is a new renovation, so everything is very clean and new. Lake Serene was very pleasant and the host provides a kayak for two, standup paddleboards and two pedal boats. My children really enjoyed paddling around the lake and it made them sleep very well. "Home offers beautiful views of Hat island. Watching ferries from mukilteo to Whidbey Island. Home is clean and provides basic amenities. The hot tub and pool are fantastic.Watching the sunset, water and ferries from the hot tub are nothing short of perfect. Wish I could have brought my dogs.-"
