"Took a group of about 30 college students and our leadership team here for a three-day, beginning-of-the-year orientation and retreat. We had a wonderful time, and our host was very timely with responses, helpful with all questions, and even came by to help try to fix something for us and lend us a hose. The space was perfect for our team; plenty of room for everyone to sleep, cook, run our training sessions, and spend lots of time outside together both day and night. We’d definitely recommend...

"Book this house!!!!! Everything about this property was PERFECT!!! My kids loved the uno cards with the nfl teams on back. The back yard was beautiful and we pulled up one night and a deer was in the backyard and there are plenty of rabbits hopping around too. Very close to the interstates and that made it even easier. Stores close to the property was another plus. When I come back I will be looking to book here again. "

"This was a wonderful find for our stay. It was very close to public transportation and shops/restaurants. The apartment was clean and spacious. The building was clean and secure and the other tenants were very friendly. I’d highly recommend this for a stay in downtown KC!"

"Overall the house is great, well maintained, allows animals has plenty of utensils and pots and items for cooking at the house. Check in was easy, even was able to add a day to the trip a few days before. Only one thing is many guests haven’t signed out of their streaming accounts making impossible for my family to use ours, that was the only small thing. "

"I needed a place close to the stadium and this fit the bill perfectly. I apparently didn’t throughly read the description that my unit was upstairs but that wasn’t a problem. I had difficulty getting the gate code to work, but Willy came right over and all was well. The place was perfect for me. As for other reviews, I did not have any ant problems and the place was clean. Being from So. CA I loved the hundreds of fireflies at dusk. I would recommend. Just be aware of it being upstairs. "
