"First of all, Joelle is the best. Felt very taken care of by her. 10/10 customer service. The hotel itself is super cute; the pool is LOVELY. No complaints at all. The only thing to note is: If you think you and your partner can share a Queen size bed (and you typically don't), you might want to reconsider that. If we stay here again, we will definitely be picking a bigger bed LOL. "

"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

"This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again. "

"Amazing! Steve wasn’t lying when he said everything we would need is here. 8 Beach towels. 4 beach chairs. Smart tv. Fast WiFi! Literally about a hundred yards from the beach. Full kitchen with baking sheets, pots, salt pepper, silverware, bowls, cups, plates, mugs. AMAZING stay! Sleeps 2 adults and kids perfectly. Don’t hesitate! Our neighbors were perfect. No issues with trash disposal or noise or crazy traffic or anything. "

I was quite impressed with the way that management handled the issue. The description of the property was very accurate. "Adorable cottage close to the beach and main strip of Hampton Beach. The living space has been updated and has a great coastal/beachy vibe and was exactly as described. Everything that we needed for the weekend was provided to us, including plates and utensils, bath towels, linens, small appliances, etc. The AC unit also worked great. The host, David, was very responsive, and the check-in and check-out process couldn't have been easier. We had a wonderful weekend here and highly recommend!"
