"Great location, convenient to the national parks. The property has a terrific hot shower with plush towel awaiting after a hot, dusty day of hiking. Three Rivers offers quaint shops and restaurants that are less than a 5-minute drive from the property. The hosts provided excellent communication, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. "1) Payment: We pay the apartment in January 2024. Ten days before arrival they charged two and a half more than agree as deposit. We were at the end of my trip so this huge extra charge ruined my last days of the trip (this funds were reserved for other activities, that we were forced to cancel). 2) Cleaining: When we arrived to the apartment, it was not clean (everything from previous customer was there). "This is an EXCELLENT boutique-type property and the room has been tastefully and beautifully furnished and is well-appointed. We were a little disappointed that we were not able to check in at 4 as advertised...the room was not ready until after 4:30. There is also no potable water, which is mentioned in the listing, but we had forgotten. It would have been nice to be reminded about this important fact in the check-in text and email we received, so that we could have at least brought some water...

Communication could improve, host only contacted me through private e-mail and text (not the VRBO portal) which I was not even asked before hand.
