"The cottage was adequately equipped. The master bedroom was modern and very comfortable. The livingroom was cozy. The best part of the cottage was its central location. We were right in the heart of Eyam which is a popular tourist location. The cottage itself was less than a minutes walk from the local tea shop and pub. It was also on the most direct path to the boundry stone. A significant part of Eyam's history and only a mild walk from the cottage."

"The property is excellent, well appointed and comfortable. It was great to arrive to a welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee and biscuits. We were in Eyam for a family gathering and this cottage was conveniently located. Our one suggestion would be to provide a duplicate set of keys in the cottage. We would happily return to this cottage on a future gathering."
