"The cabin was clean, new, cozy and relaxing. The shower water pressure was great and the heating came in handy. Parking spot is right outside the cabin. Waking up to a spectacular, unobstructed view with the sound of birds chirping outside was iciing on the cake. "

"Lovely, clean property. Great central location for visiting other areas. There was a regular bus service through the village and a co-op. Check before you go to the pubs or hotel for food, they either dont do it, or it's only served on certain days or times. Don't presume their websites are up to date. "Everything was great! Bed was super comfy and the pod was super clean and beautifully presented. Luxury towels and everything you needed. Lovely to be able to walk to Seacliff beach and lots to see and do in very easy reach. I did lots of walking with my dogs and there are tons of options in the area. A favourite was Gullane beach. Would definitely return and recommend. Thank you Lisa for a lovely stay. "

"The house was mostly comfortable but needs some upkeep. The communication with the host was a challenge and they did not reply to most messages (even an acknowledgment of receipt would be okay). One of the showers we could not adjust the temperature, 2 of the showers had mold. One of the biggest challenges was trying to cook as the cookware is very worn and some of it unusable. "The value and the ease of the place to find and get settled in was really good. It's a shame some other places need a good lick of paint. But please don't let this put off staying here.
