"The property was good, upside down property, set in a lovely harbour town. Locals friendly. Amazing ice cream shop. The attached fish and chip shop was very busy too. Parking was roadside, not guaranteed, opposite the property. We arrived at the end of the Herring Queen Festival, which was packed out. We struggled to even unload, but obviously that wasn't something we knew about prior to booking. After that had finished, parking wasn't really a problem. A few niggles with property but it didn't...

"We stayed three nights and cooked every evening for ourselves. The hut has everything to feel comfortable. Checking in and out went very smoothly, very friendly. From Templehall we made two hikes: to St Abb's Head and to Eyemouth (see Wikiloc). If you want rest and privacy, this is the place! "

"The hut was very well equipped and very clean. Everything had a place to keep it tidy. The king size bed was really comfortable, We loved the views which were amazing over the Northumberland coast and the sunsets too. The hens who came to visit us was a nice touch too! "Wow! What can I say nothing not to like about this place. The pod was amazing and clean, the facilities and welcome basket left was amazing. The owners of the place are friendly and are only a message away and are happy to help. Hot tub was lovely clean and kept warm. The area is so quite and peaceful, easy to find Overall a great weekend away and can’t wait to book to come back again one day soon! "
