"The property is all you that see and read about in the listing and then some. The home is very clean, well organized and very well supplied. The host is very friendly and readily available if there is a need. He has gone above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay. The deck is large with a great view of the water. "What a fitting name for a Vrbo. We had a great time with family in this beautiful home. The views alone is enough to book again. Loved ever moment, even though it rained."

"Amanda and Brian are outstanding hosts. The home was clean and well prepared and their communication was excellent. Swimming in Lake Ontario was great and having the boat to travel throughout the bay was fun. We went to Captain Jack's and were able to bring our dog to Pier 53 for off island meals and activity. Anchored at the sand bar multiple times to swim. Great vacation!"

"We had a blast. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the docks, and kayaking in the bay. We visited the beaches at Fairhaven, Sodus Point and Port Bay. We loved the sunsets while having dinner around the firepit"

"The home is beautiful and the scenery gorgeous. The only recommendations we would have is that the living room furniture is not comfortable for spending any significant time in but the screened in porch is lovely. One minor item is the silverware- several knives and forks were damaged due to the plastic handles. Metal silverware would be a great replacement. Otherwise it was a great place to enjoy all of our classmates. We never left the entire weekend. "

"This was such an enjoyable stay! The house is cozy and clean. Loved the enclosed patio area. Lots of room! Host was pleasant and so easy to communicate with. Had everything you need to be comfortable- hated to leave! Close to the water and within walking distance of restaurants. Will definitely be back!! "

"We had a wedding at the Colloca Estate winery. We coulnd't have found a better place to stay. Only minutes to the winery made the location perfect. The accomodations were spotless- it had everything we needed to cook dinner on site and have fire in the firepit. Vey fluffy towels! Great TV's. We all said we would stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay and Cory was especially helpful as he had to make changes to the dock due to the low water level. Without his efforts it would have been very difficult for us to get in and out of our boats."

"Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí. La primera vez fue excelente en todo. Pero esta vez una de las camas su colcha estaba manchada de sangra y tenía cabello de persona. En el baño había una araña y en el suelo cabello humano. El safacon tenía basura y la alfombra sucia. Nos cambiaron de habitación rápido. Pero en la otra habitación al parecer el control del TV tenía las baterías agotadas porque no quiso prender."
