Clean and convenient
This property was very clean and nicely appointed. The only negatives were that there were no coffee pods, no shampoo and conditioner and info about the address and code to enter the home were only provided when I asked. All in all our stay was good.

Great location by Fairfield beaches and Post Road
We stayed at this unit for one week while our son participated at a camp at Sacred Heart University. This unit is located close to Fiarfield beaches - we brought our bikes and started each day with a ride to the ocean and dip in the water. It is also walking distance to restaurants and shops. The unit has everything you need to cook and is absolutely spotless! A big bonus was bringing our furry child (golden retriever). The manager is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this unit!

Weekend in Fairfield
Stayed at Coastal Retreat for a weekend visit with son who attends Fairfield University, brought both sets of parents and teen daughter (ages ranging 73-16), plenty of room and able to enjoy a wonderful family dinner with son even in attendance. Wonderful area, close walk to beach and easy to get to downtown Fairfield and university. Very clean and welcoming! Greg was wonderful to work with and answered any question we had that came up both prior and upon arrival. The only thing we would mention would be to add a larger normal sized bed in basement (plenty of room) as the bunks were a bit difficult for anyone over child sized, although we made do. Would absolutely return.

Fun in Fairfield
The house was so clean and everything we needed was there. We were there for a short visit to colleges and everything worked out great. We have two small dogs and it was nice to be able to walk them in the neighborhood right next to the rental.

Perfect for a family
We were extremely pleased with our weekend trip. Our family of 5 stayed for a weekend at this home and everyone loved it. The home is very clean and everything is in great working order. It is well maintained. Having a ping pong table in the garage, attached to the kids' room, was an amazing plus! Our kids (ages 11-14) LOVED having their own space in the lower level of the home with their own TV. The property manager was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Traveling with kids feels more like work and less like vacation, but at least we didn't have to worry about anything with the rental home!

A must visit!
Great house. Perfect for our family of 4, super clean and comfy. Short walk and you’re on the beach is a really nice benefit (even in the cold it was breath taking). If you are looking for the perfect spot in Fairfield I strongly recommend.

Last minute trip
We enjoyed our first trip to Fairfield and the Connecticut seashore. The unit was nicely updated and comfortable. There was a slight odor of new paint in the bunk room, which I assume will lessen over time. We enjoyed the area, the beaches and the great food available.
