"Could not have asked for a lovelier stay! The house was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Also had such a cosy feel. There is lots to do round about and there is a bus that comes once an hour right at the door so we didn’t feel restricted without a car! If you want a cosy stay would 100% recommend! "This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"

"We spent the New Year on Bute and the was in the perfect location not only for its views over the Firth, but also for exploring the rest of the island. It did feel a little chilly on arrival, but with the clear instructions we were soon able to get it feeling nice and warm. "We had such a lovely trip! The cottage was beautiful, clean and very cosy. There was everything that youd need or want including board games, tv, access to local ammenities ect. It was a huge bonus for us that the host allowed our dogs to stay too, they are a huge part of our family so getting to take them made our trip extra special. "Food in the Orangery restaurant was great quality. Room was clean and comfortable but could maybe be doing with a little bit of renovation. Continental breakfast was of a good standard, cooked breakfast was varied with some items a little overcooked. Health suite facilities were of a good standard. Sauna and Steam room were of a decent size approx 8 people at a time in each. Changing rooms were a little tight if many people were in. Staff were pleasant, helpful and really great."
