"We enjoyed being able to walk off the property into National Forest and that it was secluded (good for the dog, who has a hard time around strangers). We saw a good amount of wildlife, large and small. Great place to stay if your goal is to get away from home and find some peace and quiet. Not particularly close to major tourist attractions, but convenient if you wanted to climb some of the 14ers between Breckenridge and Fairplay."

"This is a great place for families to get away in the mountains. The home is very secluded in the woods but you aren't too far from civilization either. The roads are a bit treacherous if you don't have 4WD (in the summer), but overall it's a beautiful, well-equipped home in a great setting."
