Great place/great location

The apartment is perfect. Fairport is a great canal village. The apartment is within walking distance of all Village restaurants, shops and attractions. We stay here whenever possible during visits to Rochester. Highly recommend.

Charming apartment in Fairport

Ideal location for our stay over the holidays. Walkable to family and into the village. Cozy bedrooms. Bathrooms a bit cold when it got really cold (teens). Sweet gift bag when we arrived. Some quirks, but I'd definitely stay there again.

Great spot for a Fairport weekend

My sisters and I were in Fairport for a weekend, and this apartment was absolutely perfect for us. We loved walking around the Village (and over to the Canal for some spectacular gelato!) and then coming back to relax at the apartment. Lovely gathering space in the living room and kitchen--with an AMAZING gift basket waiting for us when we arrived!--and great that we each had our own bedroom. The host is 5-star, with prompt and friendly communications. We also appreciated the plentiful parking. Will definitely stay again when we return to Fairport!

Nice Stay!

Apartment is just as it is described, very clean and updated. Lots of nice touches (snacks, coffee, bath products), A/C worked perfectly and beds were really comfortable.

Comfortable, cozy and clean place near the Canal

For anyone who wants a very comfortable place to rest after walking the historic canal or the lovely streets of Fairport, this is it. All the amenities you need away from home and beautifully furnished.

Great place

Perfect space for my family (group of 4 visiting the 5th who attends a Rochester-area college). Great Fairport Village location—walk to all the amenities. We’ve stayed the last two times during the NCAA Tourney, and the living room is a perfect set up for post-dinner relaxing in front of the tv. If it were available whenever I visited, I’d without question stay here every time.

This is a really lovely home with old-school craftsman design with modern amenities and conveniences. It was exactly what we needed for a week-long retreat near Rochester. Fairport is a real charmer of a town and our place represented that sentiment perfectly.

Nice stay for a difficult weekend.

The property could not have been better for us. It was very comfortable and well appointed. We stayed with our adult daughter and only minutes from our family in Fairport. The weekend was for a celebration of a young man's life; very important and not having to worry about our accommodations or burden family with our needs was a pleasure. Fabulous place!!

We had to move out of our house due to construction and found this place close to our home so we were familiar with the area. This apartment is awesome. It was impeccably clean, all up to date decorating and the most comfortable master bed and pillows ever!!!! It is literally around the corner from downtown fairport which was fun as it made everything easily accessible by just walking. I’ve never seen so many outlets in an apartment which was awesome! We could plug in all our devices in any room we were in. This is truly a great place that I would recommend to anyone that needs to stay in the fairport area!! Thank you Jackie!!

Cute space great location

What a cute little space. Liens we’re comfy. Just enough space for all of us, 5 (4 adults and a child). Coffee and a nice gift basket of treats provided. It is over a salon. You do have to use stairs to access. We stayed over Labor Day so I’m not sure what it’s like during a regular week when the salon is open but it was quiet while we were there. Would recommend and stay again.

Really nice apartment and close to the Erie Canal

My wife and I with one of our adult sons used this apartment for a layover on our trip. Val did a very nice and tasteful renovation. The bedding and linens are top shelf and the kitchen is well equipped. There are two areas to relax and spread out as well as a porch for evening libations. Great accommodations!

Fairport stay for wedding

Property was as it was advertised very clean but the HVAC system did not work well and every night when we would return no matter how we set the thermostat it was 77-80 degrees in the middle of summer could not sleep.

Wonderful Apartment & Stay!!!

So glad to have found this Fairport rental! It was comfortable and well-apppinted. Owners are very thoughtful and provide top quality linens and bedding. Little touches like having fresh ground coffee and cream on hand, as well as snacks and magazines. Owners are very helpful and hospitable. Easy walk to enjoy Cannery establishments, i.e. Faircraft Brauhaus and other area establishments.Highly recommend!

Wish i could more stars!

This apartment was darling! I arranged to have my future daughter in law and her mom stay here when they came to Rochester for her bridal shower. The extra touches (snacks/ coffee creamer) were so appreciated! Beds were super comfy and sheets were HEAVENLY! Location was the main reason I booked this property, but was so impressed with the charming decorations, cleanliness and comfort of this property. Close to the canal, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The live music is Fairport blew them away. They came from Nashville, so you know that means a lot! Thank you Jackie! You will see us again!

Clean, Comfortable & Homey

Great updated & brand new apartment! The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. We were able to spread out in the 2 living rooms and really appreciated all the amenities the owner provided (there were quite a few!). The owner runs the salon down stairs so the plush towels, bedding, hand soaps and attention to detail were an added bonus! Location is very convenient to Fairport Brewing (walking distance), several playgrounds, grocery store, etc. Would definitely stay here again.
