Smart tv’s are so cheap, you could get one small one for $100 and guests could then have Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. otherwise you are stuck with just local digital channels. The location was great as downtown was a 5 min walk away and less than 20 min drive to downtown Eau Claire. If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues I would not recommend this property. Beds are very firm - couch was more comfortable!
