"Holly is the perfect host. Available when you need something, helpful in everyway, and so warm and wonderful she makes you feel like family. The cottage is adorable, the grounds are fabulous and our dog was welcome. It just doesn't get any better than this! .... and we will be back!"

"Overall, the house had plenty of room. It was a pleasant home. The owner immediately responded when we couldn't turn on the heat. It is definitely secluded and was great for my son's dog. I would ask the owner to provide a dresser and a mirror in each of the bedrooms to accommodate her guests. Also, a lamp or some floor lighting other than overhead in the living area would have been better. And, instructions on how to navigate the TV would have been better. Overall, I give the stay a 4 star...

"We had a friends’ getaway long weekend here and loved it. The property is beautiful and we loved sitting outside by the pool with coffee and listening to the birds sing. The house is roomy and very homey and the beds were soooo comfortable. The location is perfect—-less than a ten minute drive to downtown New Hope with all its shops, restaurants, etc.., but the wooded property is private and quiet and definitely feels like you’re away from it all. We also loved the adorable goats, and fed them...

"Our host was amazing- she kept in touch with us throughout the process and provided so many welcoming touches! We felt at home right away. She made sure there was water in the refrigerator for us when we arrived. There was even candy for the kids. The space was well-appointed with plenty of room for a large family. The location is close to so many attractions and easy in and out with reserved parking. We felt very safe and secure. I highly recommend!"

"Javann was great & very responsive. He responded to all my messages promptly & when I couldn't figure out the lock box he drove over to help me (it was user error on my part). The neighborhood is older, but the neighbors I interacted with were friendly. Inside of the house was very clean & exceeded my expectation. There was a lot of space for my 3 kids & dog with 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen & bathroom. It also had a backyard where I could take my dog. Parking was first come, first...

"This apartment has plenty of room and comes with everything to meet your basic needs. Nothing flashy but very comfortable. Loved the original architectural touches and interesting furnishings. Walls are a bit thin so if you are a light sleeper, you might want to consider some ear plugs. FYI - There was a cookie sheet and the unit has both a smoke detector and CO2 monitor."

"We were delighted by our stay here. The unit was immaculate; while we didn't cook, the kitchen was well outfitted; and best of all, the bed was very comfortable. We were attending an event in Princeton (and we used to live in Newtown), so the location was ideal for us. We were close to I-295, but were in a rural setting that was both beautiful and quiet. We would certainly stay here again when we're going to be spending time in Princeton, allowing us to avoid Princeton traffic and parking...

"The way the pictures are setup, makes the house seem different. The age of the house is old. It smelled, especially when you first walk in. It smelled old & like sewage. Speaking of sewage, FIX THE PLUMBING. The water ran outside the house which caused a terrible big problem. There was some kind of insect eggs in the downstairs bedroom on the blinds. Therefore, the house needs a deep clean. Also, house was half renovated in some areas. Overall, we made our trip great but the house needs work."
