"The stay was good, until I received the final settlement amount. 186 Euro for final cleaning. What a surprise! Even if you count for a cleaning person a more than 20 Euros hours pay, the person must have cleant the appartement for more than nine!!! hours. That is breathtaking. I dont care about the ..."

"J’avais d’abord commandé 15 jours à l’avance 3 kits de linge. Puis je me suis ravisée 10 jours avant en envoyant un mail. Mais ma demande n’a pas été prise en compte car on ne peut pas laisser de mail quand les bureaux sont fermés. Curieux !!! Et quand j’ai redemandé qu’on annule ma demande ( car ..."
