"Wir hatten einen kurzen Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Häuschen. Leider nur kurz, denn es hat uns super gefallen und wir wollten gar nicht wieder weg. Es war alles da was man alltäglich benötigt und die Einrichtung war schön und praktisch, mit vielen kleinen Details. Ein Highlight war natürlich der Whirlpool im Garten. Die nähere Umgebung ist auch sehr schön und läd zum wandern und erkunden ein. Wir hatten eine wundervolle zeit und auch unser Hund war willkommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder:) "

"THE PROPERTY WAS IN A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD. THERE IS A CARGO TRAIN THAT PASSES A FEW TIMES A DAY BUT YOU DO NOT HEAR IT. THERE IS A SCREEN THAT SHIELDS ANY NOISE AND VISION OF IT. THE HOST WAS KIND, GRACIOUS AND ACCOMMODATING. IT IS ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES FROM THE OLD TOWN OF REGENSBURG.CERTAINLY A PLEASANT PLACE TO STAY.IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THERE ISN'T ANY TV OR LOUNGE AREA. WE WERE THERE IN DECEMBER 2024 AND THE INTERIOR WAS VERY WARM AND COMFORTABLE.WIFI IS ALSO INCLUDED."

"We absolutely loved staying here. Thomas was so kind and welcoming and literally everything was thought of. The property was immaculate we just all loved it so much. "Das Haus ist zwar etwas kleiner, dafür sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es erinnert an ein kleines Hexenhaus. Die Betten sind super bequem und die Lage direkt am Wasser sehr entspannend. Die Mückennetze an den Fenstern hielten die zahlreichen Mücken draußen und im Garten sitzt man entspannt unter dem Pavillion. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war zu jeder Zeit unkompliziert, schnell und respektvoll. Unsere Hunde durften mit, was ja nicht überall gerne gesehen ist."

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig - Nachtruhe top; nach Regensburg ca. 20 Minuten.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden. Ich empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter! "
