"We loved Smithville. Perfect location to KC. No complaints but just want others to know it is a lived on property and close to airport so there is a lot of noise and air traffic. I sleep thru everything so it didn’t bother me! Great place if you want to kick back and relax all weekend for sure! "

"Went for the chiefs game. Had a blast. Came back to a clean comfy bed. Just as advertised. Parking lot and navigating the back alley was a little rough as far as terrain goes but it was doable. Was able to get to the stadium in 25 minutes in pretty thick traffic. Hopefully we will be back soon for another game. Go Chiefs!!!!"

"This home was at the end of a dead end street, so very quiet. Bordered with trees. Loved that it was an easy walk from the historic downtown Parkville, fun for walking. Heather was a perfect host, responded to the couple of questions I had immediately. I'd stay here again, and hope to next time we're visiting the relatives in Parkville."

"We stayed here with 5 adults total (plus our dog) and felt like there was plenty of space. The bedrooms were spacious and the linen provided were clean and plentiful. We did have a delay on when the code for check-in was provided (I believe there may have been a glitch in the app), but upon texting the number provided they responded pretty quickly with the info. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt like the host was great at checking in on us, would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful house with so much room. Our daughter’s wedding was over the weekend and extended family stayed here with us. We had so much fun and everyone could spread out on all three floors. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful backyard and were able to host the rehearsal dinner thanks to the management. Fantastic house great location for us. "We have been traveling to Kansas Speedway for quite a few years. This is a great location that allows all of us to stay together and make it a great weekend. We had a lot of room for each couple to have their own space but also enough for all of us to hang out and have a great time. We are looking to extend the weekend by an extra day. They only thing missing is a television on the main floor for us to keep an eye on the football game while we prepare our meals."
