A beautiful place to stay!
It’s very clear that the owner of this property has taken great care to ensure guests have a great experience. The house is recently completely redone and it’s beautifully done. Everything was spotlessly clean and every imaginable thing you could need is in the house. Communication with the owner was excellent. If you need a place to stay in Farmington, I am certain you cannot beat this house!

Dad's Hangout is Wonderful!
We enjoyed a wonderful visit to Dad's Hangout in Farmington, New Mexico, September 15-18, 2024. Dad's Hangout is offered by Dale Niehaus. It is a fabulously renovated home, in a quiet peaceful neighborhood that is a great place to stay. Dale has gone several extra miles to make sure his guests are welcome, comfortable, and have everything needed for a relaxing, memorable visit. First, the house and neighborhood. Dad's Hangout has been completely renovated and remodeled! Think of PBS's, "This Old House," series where an older house is transforemd from its aging weariness to a place that is your dream home. That is Dad's Hangout! What a delight. Beautifully tiled floors, lovely remodeled kitchen, luxurious bedrooms, great remodeled bathroom, exceptionally comfortable, tasteful furniture, and the list goes on. Dale's attention to amenities is remarkable. As an example, in the kitchen coffee in premeasured coffee packets for the coffee maker that make a perfect cup of coffee, sweetners and creamers, bottled spring water, and a remodeled kitchen one dreams about. Beautiful, functionality. Utilityroom with new appliances, lovely dining room with a great table, huge television with all sorts of functions. Covered patio with gas grill and table and chairs. The Farmington area has numerous attractions to enjoy as well as solid restaraunts. We apprecaite Dale's efforts to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you! Farmington and Dad's Hangout is on our 2025 to do list.

Wonderful Stay in a perfect Vacation Home
Our stay in the apartment was absolutely perfect! The communication with the landlord was flawless, all responses were very quick, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was exceptionally clean and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. All shopping facilities were near distance, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location of the apartment was an ideal starting point for our trips in the area. We were especially impressed with the excellent amenities – everything needed for daily use and cooking was provided. The host were incredibly kind and responsive, providing clear instructions. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free holiday. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return in the future! Thank you, Dale!!!

So amazing!
Everything was as described. Host was great, very clean and organized, everything you need was provided, all nice appliances and furniture. We had 3 people and 2 dogs and it was perfect! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, good for walking dogs. Easy in and out, will definitely be staying here again.

Feels like home
This place is like having a home away from home. Recently remodeled so everything is clean and new...quiet neighborhood, nice extras like a great back patio with a grill and firepit and ceiling fan. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals if you are so inclined. Nice sound system in living room for those Netflix nights...only a few minutes from either downtown or the East Main shopping areas...it's my "go to" place to stay now!!

Dale was amazing with communication, the property was incredibly clean, the accommodations and his booklet he left for reference of where things were and places to see and eat were perfect! The property is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It is located in a very quiet residential area so a car is needed. The host is very well organised and communication is excellent. The two bedrooms are very comfortable and the bedding and plentiful towels are of very high quality. I recommend this property.

My first Vrbo experience
This was my family's first time staying at a rental house instead of a hotel and we all agreed that it was an exceptional experience. Every one we stay at from here after will be held to that standard and I believe it's going to be difficult to surpass. The house was exactly as advertised and the host was very communicative and had thought of every single touch in the home. Cleanliness was second to none and all details were precise. Would absolutely stay here again if we come to this area. And highly recommend. 10 out of 5 stars!

We definitely enjoyed this property and all the amenities it had to offer. I’m sure there are a few we did not use, but the kitchen was fully equipped to cook or have a dinner for a family. The grill and patio space outside was very nice with wireless speakers a grill and fire pit. Everything was nicely labeled in the linen closet, and in the kitchen. The only thing that was a little difficult for me personally, was the master bedroom bed was a bit high off the ground so we stayed in the second bedroom which was also nice but no television like the master. Our overall stay and experience was 5 Star, and we definitely would stay at this property again. Dale was very accommodating and communicated quickly..

The perfect VRBO
Everything was squeaky clean and accommodating. We are excited to stay again this summer. Dale thought of everything and was kind and receptive. This really was the best scenario for renting a home away from home.
