"Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others."

"You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into making this place comfortable, clean, and unique. When I needed assistance, Terry and Angela were quick to respond, going above and beyond. "We enjoyed our stay . The beds were comfortable. A plus is that there is coffee and a smores starter pack with firewood for the fire pit.Plenty of parking in the back yard. House was clean plenty of dishes and cups , could use some more pots and pans but we made do very well from what was there. Three bathrooms and plenty of beds. Communication was very good. The Dunkirk Pier is down the street. Not far to stores. We will return 😃"

There were plenty of towels to be used and the best stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, and cooking utensils I have ever seen.
