Traumhafter Urlaub
Es war eine wunderschöne Woche an einem traumhaften Ort, in einem wunderbaren Haus, das keine Wünsche offen ließ! Valérie ist eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin, die immer ansprechbar war , ihr Vater, der nach dem Rechten sah und uns sogar frische Baguettes mitbrachte. Es war für alle ein unvergesslicher Urlaub.

Perfect holiday villa
We stayed at villa Bella for 4 weeks in April and loved our stay. The property is immaculately clean and exceeded our expectations. The location and view are great and you can walk into the town in around 30 minutes if you wanted to. Valérie is a great host and very responsive, nothing is too much trouble. We would very much like to stay here again!

perfektes Haus
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa Bella. Valerie ist eine fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert. Auch der Vater von Valerie kam zwischendurch mal vorbei, um zu sehen ob mit dem Pool und dem Haus alles in Ordnung ist. Er hatte sogar frische Baguettes und Croissants für uns bei, Danke noch mal dafür. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Wir waren 9 Personen und hatten auch die Einliegerwohnung mit angemietet. Im Herbst ist auch die Poolheizung zu empfehlen. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Ausblickt ist einfach fantastisch. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben von Fayence aus Monaco, Nizza ,Cannes, Saint Tropez und die Schlucht von Verdon besucht. Wer auf die Autobahn verzichtet, wird schöne Panoramastraßen entdecken. Aber auch die nähere Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll. Insgesamt ein großartiges Anwesen, was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles entspricht den Angaben in der Anzeige und auf den Bildern. Vielen Dank für diesen Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es nur empfählen.

Wunderbares Haus in ruhiger Umgebung!
Wir waren insgesamt drei Familen mit 10 Personen und haben wunderbare Herbstferien in der Villa Bella in Fayence verbracht. Das Haus hat voll und ganz der Beschreibung entsprochen und unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Pool, Tischtennisplatte und Boule Feld haben uns viel Spaß bereitet. Das Haus liegt ruhig, sauber und verfügt über eine sehr, sehr schöne Aussicht - welche wir insbesondere bei vielen gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten sehr genossen haben! Dank Valerie hatten wir einen absolut problemlosen Check -In und herzliche Begrüßung. Sie ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und rundet das tolle Bild ab. Eine absolute Empfehlung!!

70th birthday celebration
Me and my family spent a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. We were all in all 10 persons from 3 generations and our dog who joined together to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. The house is beautifully located on the outskirts of Fayence with a fantastic view of the village and the surrounding area. The house is very nicely furnished and with all necessary equipment and supplies. Your really feel you are "at home away from home". The garden is also very nice with several different seating areas that offer both sun and shade. In the middle of everything there is a nice pool for swimming and fun and the garden also includes a pétanque court, table tennis and a trampoline. During the week we made trips to Antibes and Port Grimaud, about an hours drive away. Keep in mind that the roads are quite narrow and winding. Valérie is a true star, from the warm welcome when we arrived to all the help she offered during our stay. On Valéries recommendation we celebrated my wife's birthday at the restaurant La Gloire de mon Père in Seillans, which we also can highly recommend.

Perfekt villa
Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse på Villa bella. Det var rent och snyggt, stora fina ytor för barnen och en stor fin pool som passade både vuxna och dom små barnen. Valerie var en väldigt bra värd och såg till att allting gick bra och frågade kontinuerligt att vi inte hade några problem. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka igen!

Sehr schönes Haus

Urlaub wie er sein soll
Wir hatten fantastische zwei Wochen in der Villa Bella, das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet, wir waren mit drei kleinen Kindern, einem Hund und einer befreundeten Familie dort, genug Platz, viele Sitzgelegenheiten und Schattenplätze. Der Garten ist groß, das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt, die Kinder konnten sich unbeschwert austoben. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight und der Blick von Garten und Terrasse einfach wunderbar. Wir haben einige schöne Ausflüge unternommen, nach Grasse, Seillance (unbedingt im Hotel des deux Rocs essen, reservieren!), Fayence, Mons, an die Siagne, den Lac Cassie’s, wunderschön. Allerdings sind manche Bergstraßen abenteuerlich eng und kurvig und man muss trotz kurzer Entfernung etwas Zeit einplanen. Alles in allem war es ein herrlicher Urlaub, Valérie hat uns bestens umsorgt und wir können nur sagen: Daumen hoch wir kommen gerne wieder.

Out of all the houses we have stayed in, this is probably the best condition we have seen. When talking to Valérie, the owner, she clearly has high standards for the property and she is easy and responsive to work with. Fantastic property in a lovely location
This is a really fantastic house for a large group to stay in without having to climb on one another. The house is lovely an has everything you need and more. Were greeted by the owner on arrival and shown around and informing about everything. The house is very nicely renovated and the ground floor apartment is really nice. There are plenty of things to activate you with and there are also nice things to visit and do in the surrounding area. We were 8 adults and 2 kids, and everyone was really happy with the stay for the week and really wants to come back. All in all a great stay in a great house!

Vraiment recommandé!
En tant que famille, âgés de 15 à 79 ans, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison, le calme et le jardin. La piscine chauffée était la meilleure piscine de tous les temps selon les enfants ! C'était très agréable de pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au soleil le matin. Nous avons aussi beaucoup joué au jeu de boules et au tennis de table. La maison et le jardin offrent suffisamment d'espace pour se retirer ou lire un livre en paix. Le magasin est très proche et il y a beaucoup à faire dans la région. L'hôtesse est très serviable et sympathique. En bref: de super vacances dans une super maison!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage
Das Haus ist im Rahmen der jüngsten Renovierung äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Aufteilung für die unterschiedlichste Gästezusammensetzung geeignet (wir waren drei Familien inkl. 5 Kindern, und hatten auch die untenliegende Wohnung gemietet). An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, und sogar noch wunderbare Extras wie z.B. eine Außenküche und Grill. Im Außenbereich gibt es zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten für Essen, Plaudern und Entspannung, die auch im Hochsommer den sicherlich notwendigen Schatten bieten vor der provencalischen Sonne - entweder durch Baumbestand, die Lage zum Haus oder Schirm / Sonnendächer / Marquisen. Der großzügige Pool, die Boule-Bahn, Tischtennisplatte sowie Trampolin sind ein großes Vergnügen für Jung und Alt. Dank beheizbarem Pool konnten wir diesen auch in den Osterferien nutzen. Die Aussicht auf Fayence am gegenüberliegenden Hügel ist wunderschön und bei jedem Licht ein Genuss. Drei Autos lassen sich problemlos vor dem Haus parken, der nächste Supermarkt/Bäcker ist 5 Fahrminuten entfernt und auch in die nächsten Ortschaften lässt es sich mit Kindern laufen (auch wenn zunächst der Bürgersteig zu fehlen scheint). Eine Empfehlung ist auch das Restaurant "La Gloire de mon Père" in Seillans. Für weitere Ausflugsfahrten zu beachten, dass die Landstraßen eng und kurvig sind. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, die Vermietung, An- und Abreise haben ganz umkompliziert funktioniert. Merci Valerie! La maison est meublée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, la division - l'appartement extra inclus - aussi pour trois familles (dont 5 enfants) très généreuse et confortable. L'emplacement parfait pour tous : ceux qui cherchent le temps pour se relaisser et aussi pour les aventures en natation mais aussi ping-pong ou boule. Et le café ou apéro on peut en tout cas bien boire en face de la piscine ou dans l'ombre des arbres, avec la vue superbe a Fayence et aux grandes tables bien places pour tous occasions. Les commerces se trouvent a 5min de voiture, pas de problème pour se garer devant la maison. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. A recommander.

Amazing house with spectacular views
We had a fantastic week in Villa Bella. The weather was with us so we used all of the fascilities the house and garden had to offer - the fantastic heated pool, the barbecue, the nice seating areas and the balcony and of course the ping pong table and petang course. The house is spacious, has very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Kitchen and living room was large and well equipped. The house has gorgeous views toward Fayence and it was easy to go shopping for groceries since the town and supermarket was a 5 minutes drive from the house. It was only a 40 minutes drive to the Mediterranean and we had excurtions to Antibes, Nice, Cannes, Toulon and some of us even spend an afternoon at the beach in Mandelieu where we went swimming in the ocean. It was a great week and we enjoyed getting a bit of extented summer together in the south of France. We would diffinately recommend the house and the area and we hope to return some day. Thank you very much Valérie for renting out such a gem. The Sommer Nørgaard & Lund Nørgaard families...

Superbe séjour à la villa Bella !
Nous avons passé 2 supers semaines à la villa Bella ! L'endroit est superbe avec une vue incroyable sur le village de Fayence. La villa est spacieuse, lumineuse très propre et confortable. Elle est parfaitement équipée nous n'avons manqué de rien ! Valerie et son mari nous ont très bien accueilli et étaient présents si besoin pendant notre séjour ! Superbe propriété qui possède une infrastructure parfaite pour une famille nombreuse avec des adultes (couples) comme des enfants aussi bien au niveau du jardin que du matériel intérieur de la maison. Cette villa possède de nombreux atouts pour les enfants ( trampoline, piscine, boulodrome, table de ping-pong) le seul petit bémol sont les escaliers à l’avant de la maison quand on a un enfant de 18mois. Cette maison possède de nombreux points d’ombre pour ceux qui ceux le désirent mais également plein de soleil autour de la piscine. La vue est splendide et le calme y est présent. Excellent séjour pour notre part.
