Spring break

Will definitely come back

We absolutely love staying here and when we come back to Fayetteville, we would love to stay here again. Everything was warm and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped. The heated pool was so nice. Everything about it was wonderful.

Thanksgiving Retreat

We had a wonderful time. The place is amazing. I would give additional stars if I could. Check in was a breeze, host was fantastic and the place was perfect for our family to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. Highly recommend!

Very nice, cozy home

The home was extremely well maintained. Wish we had of booked it for a couple more days! The pics make it look like it's out away from town but it is not. It's on a deadend street pretty much in town but very quiet. Tons of deer in the yard of a morning.

Great View, Close to Everything

The location and the view are incredible. Close to downtown and campus. The house is comfy and had a ton of stuff for our kids - basketball goal, soccer goal, pool table, spa pool.

Beautiful home.

This house was perfect for our special occasion. The pictures do not to it justice. It is such a beautiful home and has everything you would need for your stay. The location was great and the neighbors were absolutely wonderful. We would stay here again!!!

Amazing place!

You will not find a more beautiful place to stay. The view and the amenities at the house are top-notch. We have stayed in many for work trips and have learned to look at the living room furniture along with the beds. We were so comfortable for our entire stay and look forward to coming back soon.

Graduation stay

Location and views were great, property does need to be updated and fixed (broken fireplace, upstairs lights not working properly, air conditioning doesn’t reach upstairs bedrooms). Do appreciate the cleanliness and coffee, and again the location and backyard view of the mountains is great.

Beautiful Log Cabin with a View

Perfect location close enough to U of A campus, yet far enough away to offer peace, quiet and a stunning view. Property was impeccably cleaned with well stocked kitchen tools and bedroom/bathroom linens. Cooked a fabulous meal for my college freshman and his friends - and for a few days, it felt like we were all back at home together. So grateful for these memories - can’t wait to return.

Kentucky Ballgame weekend

House was very nice! Amenities were 1st class. Check in was easy. We had 3 couples, and every couple had their own bathroom! We will come back to this house!!!

Fabulous Find in Fayetteville!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully appointed home in the heart of Fayetteville. It was perfect for family weekend visiting our son at U of A. The proximity to the campus and downtown was great. And, coming back to the comfortable living spaces and separate suites worked great for our group. Love the decor, the view and the overall vibe!

College Visit

It was a quick trip to the area while we took our son to visit U of A. Close to everything but property was also quiet and secluded. Beautiful property and beautiful views. Hope to be back.

Check in process

The check in process was difficult as we were given a code for a keypad that was not installed on the door. After looking around we contact the property manager who was very responsive and told us to use the garage which was suppose to be off limits. There was no book in the house as promised on how to use everything or where things were located. It was unnerving that the door by the heated spa pool had a door bell camera that faced directly at it. There was also multiple cameras outside the property and google homes that were not mentioned in the listing. The house was beautiful and located at the end of a street. Was very quiet.
