"I had a perfect solo weekend to recharge. The neighborhood was super quite. I never saw a car on the street. The living room was comfortable and great to relax in. The bathroom was the star of the show. The steam shower was wonderful. The host communication was excellent. I can't recommend this house enough!"

"I booked the house for the Marji Gesick mountain bike race. I had five friends travel with me as a support crew. The house was excellent for our needs. Plenty of beds and 1.5 bathrooms. A well stocked and large kitchen and plenty of living space. Outdoors was a nice grill, screened in house on the lake and a canoe. I caught a pike right off the dock Friday! "In the area to visit family. This property fit our needs perfectly. Our daughter and infant had room to themselves and room for a portable crib. Kitchen for bottle prep etc. House was very clean and very well stocked with toiletries, etc. The play room in the basement was great although we didn't use it I could anticipate perfect as the grand baby grows. Yes that means we will be back."

"We loved everything about this home and the surrounding property. As others have mentioned - it's a good 30 minutes to any neighboring towns, so we made sure plan our meals ahead and brought groceries with us. The house is lovely, spacious and was perfect for our 3 generations and two dogs. It was exactly as described and we enjoyed seeing the deer cross the lawn, beautiful sunrises across the basin and the comfortable indoor/outdoor seating options! We hope to be back again some time!"

"The cabin was as pictured; nice furniture, a well equipped kitchen and 2 nice bedrooms. The main attraction though, was the Escanaba River flowing just steps from the cabin. The expansive deck was perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed watching birds and seeing deer along the gravel road nearby. "

"This place was amazing with the water on both sides. It offered something for everyone in our group kyaking, fishing, bonfires. Parking was a bit tight as we had four trucks and trailers with side by sides but we were able to make it work. We had a wonderful time riding the trails during the day and hanging out playing cards and sitting around the campfire at night. Would love to come back during the summer and again next fall. a great hangout spot "
