"Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. "We went for the Clacton air show and was the last weekend before my daughter goes travelling. Had a great time The caravan was clean and tidy fresh bedding and the beds was made up. There was games consoles with games to play,leaflets for local attractions and takeaway menus in case you didn’t like the food at the boathouse All in all it was a great weekend and would stay again"
