"This place is pretty nice and cute, and has a great location. It's a bit tight on space, but we knew that going in. My main complaint is that the fold-out couch in the living room is very fragile. It has instructions about how to pull it out gently, etc., which we followed; but no matter how careful we were, the fold-out part always collapsed after a few minutes of light usage. So we told our son to sleep on the other half of it, which is the main couch part. The place also gets pretty hot...

"Took a girl scout troop of (6) 16/17 year old girls. Location was perfect for the scouts to walk to nearby restaurants and the beach/boardwalk. Everything in the house worked great! Scouts were able to cook meals and the kitchen provided all the tools they needed. Kitchen windows have views of the beach and boardwalk. Management company was super kind and helpful. One of the best service experienced. Great place and excellent location. Highly recommend."

"I would have totally given this place 5 stars. The beds were old and uncomfortable and there wasn't a "list" of items that were damaged. I spent the first few taking pictures of damages we did not do. The rest of the the time I giggled about stepping back in time in this bungalow. It had everything we needed and the short walk to the village was awesome. It was perfect for my family. "

"Six night stay in Sept 2024. Everything was wonderful. The bed was so comfy that we checked the make/model and may replace our current one! Condo had many instructions placed around so that there were no questions to be had. The location was directly on the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our first trip to CA. "The condo was exactly as stated in the listing and the owner was very prompt with all communication. The location was great, it was a short walk to the beach where you could walk north into Sunset State Beach . The resort is gated with friendly. Easy drive to Monterey about 35-40 miles.
