Disappointing Stay with Cleanliness Issues
"I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was below satisfactory. The cleanliness of the room was quite poor. One of the towels had mucus on it, and the rest of the towels seemed dusty. This was very off-putting and made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. ..."
