"Es una casa con varias habitaciones, con baño privado. Nos toco la habitación en la planta baja. Muy limpio todo . Tiene cocina compartida pero eramos los únicos huéspedes entonces tuvimos el privilegio de la casa sola. El dueño vive en la parte de atras en una casita separada. Tiene un perro que todo el tiempo esta en la entrada de la casa, pero no ataca. No hay señal del telefono en una gran parte de esta area. Tiene que salir a carretera. "As described: secluded, a much- needed respite; chocolates helped! Coqui’s night calls make me sleep though some might need ear plugs. I spent most evenings under the lanai’s bugless tent (green geckos were allowed:-) and beautiful silver pheqsant(!), Bed, couch, HAMMOCK, shower are big plusses. FYI: a short drive from Hilo past 8am is clear; 3:30 onward competes with schoolbus traffic. "I had the privilege of staying at this property for one month. I will miss it! Especially the sound of the ocean which can be heard from this cute cottage. The bed is comfortable and I slept so great here. Also, it's QUIET! If you want peace, you found it. The shower is hot with strong water pressure.
