"Emma contacted me unprompted to see what time I would be arriving, which was a nice courtesy. Enjoyed a nice slice of homemade cake with my tea upon arrival. Nice touch! My single room was ideal for a solo overnight stay. Comfortable and warm. Excellent breakfast included plenty of tempting options, all served in the spacious breakfast room. I would highly recommend Waves."

"We stayed at The Central because of its convenient location for the Stephen Joseph Theatre. We were lucky to find parking directly in front of the hotel and purchased a discounted parking permit from the hotel. There are plenty of parking garages nearby as well. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. The room on the third floor was a decent size with all the basics including an ironing board and iron. "Really comfy place. Room was spot on. When the gentleman showed me the room. He noticed a mark on the duvet. (It was nothing really). It looked like they’d maybe rested the vacuum on the bed & it had left a bit of dirt. The gentleman changed the duvet cover there & then. I ordered my breakfast & unfortunately I slept in. When I left I apologised & they couldn’t have been nicer about it. Spot on place , would stay again."

"Gorgeous cliff top view of the sea from hotel room. Same amazing view from the dining room at breakfast. Continental only but we found it satisfying. We stayed in a room in the first floor which had up to date decor. Comfortable beds. A little bit of dust in places but you cannot completely remove all dust. I would say that you need a car to access south beach. Overall we were happy during our one night stay. "
