"Rented Blackwater for my 40th birthday celebration. I couldn't imagine a better place if I tried. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. The arcade was beyond my dreams! The decorations for Halloween made it even better. We're already planning a return in the summer. Communication with the host was fast and reliable, and they added some personal touches for my birthday that were very sweet and definitely appreciated. The kitchen also had everything we needed! I'm in love."

"This home was immaculate, which we noticed when we first walked in. The view is fabulous. This is, by far, the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with spices, condiments, coffee, and tea. There were seven of us, and we were very comfortable. There was plenty of space inside, with lovely decks on the outside. I highly recommend this home, you won't be disappointed."

"My husband and I own land in SML so we visit several times per year to check in. We found Polly’s place to be a Very clean little unit for 2 in a beautiful SML waterfront location. We arrived on Valentine’s Day amidst a terrible ice/snow storm and unfortunately, there was no internet. Polly was very responsive and made every effort to resolve the issue but to no avail.
