"It was absolutely love. Love the history information and the fresh flowers were beautiful. The only suggestions that I would have. To replace the toilet with a tall handicap style toilet, toilet, and make sure that it was fastened well on the floor. Also provide a new mattress for the main floor bed Really hate to say anything about it because it was so lovely. Enjoy the peaceful. Thank you for providing this opportunity."

"Rented Blackwater for my 40th birthday celebration. I couldn't imagine a better place if I tried. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. The arcade was beyond my dreams! The decorations for Halloween made it even better. We're already planning a return in the summer. Communication with the host was fast and reliable, and they added some personal touches for my birthday that were very sweet and definitely appreciated. The kitchen also had everything we needed! I'm in love."

"This home was immaculate, which we noticed when we first walked in. The view is fabulous. This is, by far, the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with spices, condiments, coffee, and tea. There were seven of us, and we were very comfortable. There was plenty of space inside, with lovely decks on the outside.
