"The holiday break was perfect for us as we were three separate households but one family. Luckily the weather was very good enabling walks from the accommodation and outside play on the lawn area. We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary"

"This place exceeded my expectations! We had a group of 11 girls staying here and the house was beautiful, spacious and had everything you could ask for. Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. One of the guests is already looking to book this place again for another event. 100% would recommend."

"This place is outstanding. It’s a lovely location in a quiet village a few minutes walk away to the shop and pub and within minutes your in the countryside exploring the WWII history on offer. It’s very quiet and safe and free parking right outside the door. The cottage is very nice and is a mixture of modern bits mixed with old but has a very well stocked kitchen, a large comfy living area, a down stairs bathroom and toilet and two upstairs bedrooms. I will definitely be back."

"Very close to town, shops and transportation. Easy access to freeway. About 90 minutes from central London, if you need to go into town. I rented a car but you don't really need one as the town center is a 15 minute walk. Beautiful location, friendly neighbors, what's not to like."

"A cosy and well equipped cottage in a beautiful Suffolk village. We stayed whilst our house was having some building works and it made the perfect “home away from home”. Any very minor issues (plumbing) sorted straight away by the very helpful property manager. Would highly recommend."

"Our stay at Abbey Farm was just amazing! I was over with a group of Italian students to learn more about English life and culture, and their experience in this beautiful, historical house was perfect. "Ideal location for anyone needing to be near the courts or the cathedral and next to the beautiful Elm Hill area of Norwich. The apartment has everything you could need, including a bathroom and an en suite for the main bedroom. Really well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and sitting room. There are lots of steps between different levels which was not a problem but could be for those who find stairs tricky. It was a perfect place for my work needs and I really hope to be back. "
