"Very pleasant and comfortable cottage. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent too as it’s a short walk from the lovely East Beach and Harbour area and also near a Co-Op for supplies. Dan was very helpful and communicative. "

"We had a wonderful few days despite mixed weather. The cottage is very well equipped, cosy yet spacious with lovely bright bedrooms upstairs, the owners were kind and helpful and the location is lovely, great walks along the river and lovely open outlook. We hope to return soon!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Nether Bellandy! Tony and Sharon were great hosts and the cottage is surrounded by beautiful scenery in the Scottish highlands. We saw plenty of local bird and wildlife, had great encounters with the farm animals on site and really enjoyed the remote and quiet location. Would definitely stay again!"

"We all enjoyed our stay for our Dad's 70th Birthday. The pool was used constantly! The house was very clean, well equipped and beds comfortable. The grounds and surrounding areas to the property are beautiful. Alan, the host was good at communicating and replied very quickly to any queries I had. My only gripe, which didn't detract from the stay at all, would be plastic cups for the pool area and maybe some pictures and ornaments throughout the house to make it feel more homely. Thank you...

"Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist noch viel schöner, als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und haben eine angenehme Größe. Besonders gemütlich sind das Wohnzimmer und das Esszimmer, welches an die perfekt ausgestattete Küche angrenzt. Unserem Sohn hat besonders die große Wanne gefallen:) Die Kommunikation war super, Doug hat stets schnell geantwortet. Wir würden uns freuen, wiederzukommen. "

"Wow. It is truely excellent more than I expected. No worries about location, easy to access to distillery here and there. It felt I was on a hoilday, I was on a biz trip though. "We had a lovely stay, and everything in the chalet was fine however we only stayed for two nights. I would say there are a couple of areas of the experience which can be improved further. The bed and pillows aren’t comfy, we have both left with neck pain, a mattress protector and new pillows would go a long way. The top oven smoked when preheating so we had to avoid using it. Nice view and good location, would have benefited with directions to the spot by the river which is pictured in the ad....
