"We have just returned from a week in this delightful cottage. Louise has provided everything that you would need, especially the helpful plugs on the dressing table, excellent idea! I must mention the wonderful shower too, which was so powerful.The place was spotless and looks even better in the flesh. It’s perfectly situated for the town, bus/train station and supermarkets. Having the dedicated parking space was a huge bonus too.Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we...

"This was the first visit to The Bay and we stayed in the Cozy Retreat. The apartment was clean and bright. The welcome box was very appreciated. We enjoyed the facilities and especially the restaurant. The whole complex is very clean and well taken care of. We will definately be back. "

"Great property in a great location for exploring the east Yorkshire coast. The property itself is clean & has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The only slight downside is, it's near to the road & if like us you sleep with the window ajar the road noise can be heard in the mornings ."

"The house was really lovely, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. We didnt eat any meals at home but the kitchen seemed well equipped and there were plenty of mugs and cutlery. The beach was glorious and only 15 mins walk away. Filey and Bempton Cliffs nearby.Wouldn’t normally have chosen a holiday ‘village’ but it was very pleasant. I would imagine it can get very busy in high summer but it was fairly quiet - perfect for us.Thank you"
