"Beth’s property was the perfect place for a quiet interlude from the Phoenix summer heat. The apartment was large with all the amenities for my long stay. "Cute place. Close to downtown. LOVED the jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Kitchen and bath were sufficiently appointed. Washer and dryer were helpful and worked well. Nice to have the grill but could not get it up to temperature. Not sure if that was a problem with the grill or operator error. Disappointed with the black mold in the shower and odor from the bathroom sink drain. Property managers were contacted and replied they would work on it. Enjoyed our stay, but the place needs a little...

"The unit was clean, extremely well stocked and in a great location!! Highly recommend, however, internet is not strong so working with video calls might be an issue; we used our phone hot spots, so that was an easy work-around. Also, owner is quick to respond, and we would definitely rent again!!"

"Kitchenette had all you need. WiFi was fast. Location was amazing for running! A short 1mile walk/run to Buffalo park. Less than 2mile walk/run to Mt. Elden lookout trail. Brought my own blender and pillow. Owners door right next to Vrbo door so you see/hear them occasionally, but very respectful of privacy and did not bother me."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Studio very much! The views were fantastic, and it was the perfect location for us. We were in the area for a wedding at Aldea Weddings in the woods, and being 2-3 miles away was so convenient. Hope to have a return visit for sure!"

"This was perfect for a short weekend getaway with my wife and our small dog. It was a short walk to downtown or NAU campus, which was really convenient. The small yard had enough room for my dog to quickly do her business. The loft was clean and bright and was just the right amount of space for us. Check in and check out were smooth, and the property manager was clear in all communications. We will definitely stay here again for future trips!"
