Flagstaff Cottage
This cottage is on a lovely property close to downtown Flagstaff. It is a bit worn and could use some new beds. The upstairs bed and downstairs bed are soft in the middle. For the most part, our stay was fine.

Nice place to stay.
The cottage was very nice. Showers are very touchy. Also the upstairs bathroom has very slippery floor, need a mat that has a rubber backing. Being a senior, I almost fell due to the floor. Also the pillow that was on the sofa was very dirty and I was afraid to even touch it. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Wanda and Bill Remm

Cute cottage in great location
We booked a last minute stay and they were so welcoming and helpful. The location is wonderful and pretty much a walking distance to the little downtown area with all the eats. Also a very short drive to Buffalo Park and all sorts of other hikes with the pups. Enclosed backyard with a handy doggie door for them too. Loved our stay, would come back again.

Adorable cottage
We rented both the main house and the cottage. The cottage is a very well equipped house on its own. It even has a small fenced in backyard for privacy (if not renting out both houses). The beds were very comfortable, house was clean, and we’ll maintained. The only downside might be sharing parking if you don’t rent both houses. There is plenty of parking, but it’s a shared space. Would still rent on its own. We loved it!

The house was just as advertised but really needs new area rugs and the Carpets shampooed…Honestly the back yard was really dirty …the table thick with dust and the patio needed to be swept and all the outdoor furniture needs at least new pads . Maybe do the windows as well … the shared lawn could be mowed. Not being mean I hope but since you were asking… just some thoughts.

Walking distance to downtown and short drive to Lowell Observatory.Unit is quite comfortable for two couples and parking is quite convenient.Quiet neighborhood .

Pros: location and neighborhood, kitchen appliances were newer, enclosed patio, the gentleman who answered the 24-hour customer service phone was pleasant and professional Cons: the springs in the two living room couches were so worn when you sat on the couch you sat in a hole, the carpet and hardwood floors were stained and dirty, the television and Internet did not work at all, most of the windows did not open, or once opened would not close, several burners on the stove did not work, we were contacted by management on the second day to let us know the party staying in the front house had 5 cars they needed to park on the driveway essentially blocking our truck in since it could not squeeze through the back alley access, we did not appreciate having to agree to and sign a separate contract with the management company, too many issues- we would not stay here again.
