Better than expected!
The home was better than expected! There was so much space, all 9 of us had plenty of room without ever feeling crowded! The host supplied an assortment of games to play and I saw things for smaller children throughout the house that would have been a lifesaver had our kids been small like a pack n play and high chair. Everything was bright and clean and the host was very responsive! Will definitely stay here again!

Great summer stay
We often escape the heat of Scottsdale, Arizona and have stayed at a few properties over the years and we all agree that this one is our favorite. It was clean & tidy, The room layout was perfect for our large family and having a dining room table that fit us all comfortably was wonderful. The yard for the dogs was safe and large. We also really appreciated the proximity to everything in Flagstaff while still feeling like there were trees and nature around us.

This property was conveniently located to Points of interests, shopping and food. Mason, property contact, was very responsive. Loved the house, it had lots of room, well equipped pantry, kitchen gadgets and cooking items. Very nice neighborhood, walked with the dogs every evening. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great option for Flagstaff!
Our family of 6 (ages 12 to 77) had a wonderful time for ten days! Four bedrooms and three bathrooms great. Family room and deck very nice. Communication with host excellent. Summer weather 30 degrees cooler than Phoenix. AC still great feature.

Spacious Like New Stay in Flagstaff
This house was clean, spacious and comfortable. My only issue was that it was on a corner next to a busy road. But- I am used to the solitude of my redwood forest!

Great place to stay in a perfect location.
The house was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was minutes from the city center and NAU. There was also the perfect spot to allow the kids to go sledding at Fort Tuthill Park which was right around the corner.

Needs new cleaning service
When we first arrived - the counters, floors and tables were still dirty. Crumbs on the table, counters were sticky and the cabinets definitely needed to be wiped down. The back patio had so much snow and ice (with a wicker patio table and umbrella frozen to the deck) we couldn't walk out back and let the dogs outside. One of the reasons for staying there was to have a backyard to let the dogs out into. There was still a Christmas tree and decorations up in the living room. The front room rug curled up in 2 places so we had to move some furniture to keep it laying down so no one would trip. The garbage can was completely full when we arrived and also had 2 large bags of garbage sitting in the garage. Would not return to this VRBO.

Pretty good overall
Communication prior to our stay was very responsive. We had all the information we needed to check-in. THe home was clean and had plenty of space for our group. We were disappointed that there was no futon as described in the listing as that was one of the deciding factors for choosing the property. There was an air mattress available but it does not hold air. There are some minor repairs that need to be done in the home and some of linens are in need of being replaced. I reached out to the property manager during our stay to extend check out by one hour and I never heard back. Overall the location was great, and the home met our needs.

Cute House on the Corner
This was a one-day stop as we waited for the snow to subside during our NYE visit to Flagstaff. The house is older but super cute, very clean, and spacious. The kids loved playing in the backyard. Mason was easy to communicate with and was prompt with responses. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you.

The Ponderosa Trail’s home worked well for my family as a short mid week getaway. The house was very clean and well laid out, the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors themselves were friendly. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was efficient.
