"I picked this condo because they have two snorkel locations and a beach right next door. Also, Dive Friends is within feet of the front door. It's a corner unit overlooking the bay. "Overall, the property is good. It's safe and quiet with good restaurants nearby. However, staff could pay more attention to cleanliness and state of the rooms. We had no bed frame- our bed was a mattress on the floor and the plaster in the walls was cracked. The bathroom and coffee machine were also dirty when we checked in. "Excellent place to stay for both location and comfort. Very well maintained property efficiently run by the on-site owners. Very safe and quiet. The good sized pool, landscaping and attracted songbird population helps create a lovely oasis type feel. Short walk to shopping and multitude of good restaurants. There is little place to park, they are far away and on the street and when it is raining it is a quagmire there is no way to go to the hotel room unless you slip or get dirty.
