"Booked to stay for concert at Wembley on arrival we found cockroach infestation, someone else’s food in fridge/freezer, damp, mould, unsafe electrical socket, hole in floor covered by loose carpet, stained walls and a general feeling of uncleanliness. "Great apartment - clean and very well equipped. Excellent communication with the hosts when required. The area is quiet but also has good links to bus network and on to Southall for the Elizabeth Line. Able to park on a local street without permit which was very helpful. "The host only replied to contact me on the very afternoon I was due to stay. He said the room is not available!! I'd already come to suspect that something was wrong, but without confirmation either way I was pickled. I had to make my own decision to cancel at risk of not getting a refund, just so I could (unsuccessfully) try to find other options. It was a disaster! An absolute disaster."

"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same).
