"This is a lovely property and there were only minor issues with cleanliness such as dead bugs and spider webs throughout the rental which leads me to believe it is not thoroughly cleaned regularly. My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. "The highway can be heard from the south side and First Quality Paper factory can be heard from the North. Eventually, the sounds blend into the background but, some users may find this jarring upon arrival. Also, the "air conditions" are evaporative (really just humidifiers) and don't really provide any cooling."

"The place was exactly as presented in the description. Very comfortable and welcoming. The communications with the owners and the site manager was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with a great stove and oven for our meal prep. The location by the creek was fantastic. Access to the rail to trail was a short drive.We will be back!"

"What a delight to show up at this quaint little cottage and find that it was as good or even better than pictured! Perfect for our small family to stay during a three day Penn State Graduation weekend; only about 30 minutes away from campus. Very clean and well-appointed. We used the grill outside for a lovely dinner. Owner communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to help us retrieve an item left behind after we had checked out. Highly recommend this gem!"

"Cabin was great for our stay. Quiet, clean good shower. Rainy days were a bit cold and damp due to no heat in living room. Had to use extra quilts from upstairs beds. Only suggestion is a queen bed versus double when a couple of adults stay . Caught a small mouth off the dock. We enjoyed being on the river Thank you."

"Everything about the property was wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable, felt very livable. The outside was quiet and secluded, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment to enjoy. Every space was thoughfully decorated and furnished. Would definately recommend and plan to stay again."

"We never got to stay here because when I messaged the owner for the access code to get it, she told me that I did not have the house, blamed the app, and that there was nothing she could do! I booked it in November 2022 for my daughter's college graduation on May 6th, 2023, we had it for the weekend.
