Amazing place & caught brown trout!
We enjoyed this trip very much! The house had everything we needed. Easy to cook in & very comfortable to hang out in for multiple days. The fishing off the dock was great, tons of rainbows hanging right around the dock during most flow periods. Also a few brown trout to be caught around the dock. Will be staying again!

Great fishing from your own private covered dock!
Secluded property right on the White River. Lots of small rainbow trout can be caught right from the private covered boat dock. The home is well maintained with great porches on both levels for viewing the river. Nothing fancy here, just a beautifully peaceful retreat. The only access to the river is from the dock. The wooden stairs can be a bit tricky for kids or seniors. There have been repairs made, but they definitely need more work done as they are not level or uniformly spaced. They need to be professionally redone. This is the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating. Aside from that, I highly recommend a stay here for the fishing and the peace and quiet. The property management is great to communicate with being prompt and helpful.

White River house
Excellent! Great property. Great fishing. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it's a wonderful getaway on the river. Wifi is definitely spotty but that keeps everyone off their devices and enjoying the outdoors!

Great river weekend
This was the perfect spot for a river getaway. With two families and dogs, we had plenty of room. The view overlooking the patio was beautiful, and the dock was perfect for the children to fish off. We caught quite a few fish in a short amount of time! Overall, a great property!

Property was beautiful inside and out. The power went out due to weather. The property owner came by to check on us, they were very kind and offered to refund the rest of the reservation if we wanted to leave early due to the situation.

Fly fishing with friends
The house was very nice clean with plenty of room for four old retired guys on a fishing trip. The house has a beautiful view of the river and a comfortable covered deck to relax on after a day of fishing. I did have a problem with cell service but that’s not the owner’s fault. The guys agree we would consider going back

We enjoyed our stay at this great home nestled along the White River. It had plenty of space for our group, was well equipped and very clean. Vibe is relaxing and enjoyed sitting on the deck watching nature and the fishermen go by. Would recommend this home and stay again!

Lovely spot right on the White River— dogwoods were in bloom and this property is a piece of heaven. Love the swing on the fishing dock! Nice and private, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 8-10 people.

Perfect get away!
The house was perfect for sitting by the fire, enjoying the view, riding a side by side, fishing and boating from the dock. Super easy to find upon arrival with 3 different cars coming at different times of the day! It is tucked away with so much privacy. Everything listed was just as expected and more. Owners were super responsive for anything we needed through the stay. We used their recommended guide for fishing for a great experience as well.

Peaceful Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is private and peaceful. The house is large with open floor plans for a great family experience. The kitchen was well-equipped. The house and grounds were very clean and well-kept. The hosts were responsive to text messages and were very helpful. We lost power for a few hours when a big storm came through, but the hosts kept us informed as to when the electric was scheduled to be repaired. The cell phone services is very limited and the WiFi provided was spotty, at best. This did make communicating with people difficult. There were not physical directions provided. We had to turn around twice before we actually found the home...and this was in the daylight. Our friends came when it was already dark and had a very difficult time finding the house. Due to no cell service, we could not communicate with them to give them better directions to find the house. I did recommend to the host that they consider providing written directions to the property, as well as using better signage to help renters find their way. Hopefully this is a suggestion they will implement. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; however, because of the poor cell phone/wifi services, as well as the difficulty finding the house, I am only giving 4 stars.

Beautiful scenery cozy house
Cozy and spacious house. Beautiful views from the porch and deck and throughout the property. Fishing off the dock, water was low enough during our stay to fish in the water. Swing on the dock is a nice touch. We absolutely loved this serene property and plan to visit again.

We loved our stay at this White River property as the river view is incredible. The house has plenty of room, but we were outside as much as possible. We enjoyed some successful fishing off the dock and even kayaking down the river on a beautiful Thanksgiving Day! We hope to find a time to go back in 2024 when it's a warmer!

Beautiful Home & Dock on the White River
We've been coming to this house for our annual fishing trip for two years now. The house is large, clean, and well-equipped. The dock provides an excellent setting for fishing. In addition, the yard is spacious enough for yard games, and the fire pit is perfect for cooler evenings. Highly recommend this house for families and groups.
