It was a beautiful setting but GPS is a necessity. The street signs were very hard to read especially in the dark. The home was very nice, but finding the security alarm was difficult. Beauiful views. The living room and dining area looked more spatious on the photos than they really were but we'd probably stay there again.

Mostly excellent
Locating this property is a bit of an adventure. Listing indicated that GPS might not work, and boy was that correct. I would suggest that you beef up the directions a bit to overcome that. Instructions for the security system were accurate, but we had trouble finding control and the alarm went off before we could get to it. The lock on the gate didn't work properly. Patio furniture was very dirty and we had to clean that to spend time out there. Several of the sinks didn't drain properly. But, overall the property was perfect for what we came to do and we would book it again.

Would stay here over & over!
Great vacation. This is our second time staying at this property and we would stay here every time we visit if it’s available. Home was clean with all of the amenities one would need for a stay away from home. Beautiful views of the white river as well!

Beautiful home with an incredible view!!
Best vacation ever!! From the refreshing morning coffee on the deck at sunrise, overlooking the White River, to resting in the front porch chairs watching the beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies enjoying nectar from the flowers, and ending the day with a relaxing jacuzzi tub bath, this truly was a perfect vacation retreat.

Great house!
We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect size house for 3 couples and 1 toddler. Had everything we needed amenity wise. Beds were very comfortable. Great views. Great location to river for the guys to fish and the lake to go boating. We’ll be back!

Friends and family
We planned a fishing trip with friends. This was a great home for privacy as well as group time around meals and conversation. Plenty of bathrooms and large sleeping quarters for each of 3 couples.

Welcoming host.
I don't generally feel like my feeback would be all that helpful for future customers, so I rarely review lodging, venues or businesses. However, the hospitality that we received from Doug before and during our stay, went far beyond what is usual and customary, and I felt compelled to share. He was sure to provide all the information we needed to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. Thanks for a great time!

Doug was a wonderful host and the house was great ! The views went on forever and to watch the sunrises and sunsets was amazing. It was nice to relax and spend time with my daughter and grandson. We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again !

The owner was great, the house was fabulous. Just fyi, do not rent boat from Bull Shoals Marina, they do not supply anchor, will not even rent you one. Made for hard day on the water. But the house was everything.

Wasn’t at all what expected
Simply amazing! Great views. Quiet. Fishing was great, close to town, and only an hour or so from Branson. Doug was a great host and answered all of our questions. Can’t wait to book our next vacation here!

Beautiful View
This is our 4th time staying at this beautiful vacation home. We enjoyed the beautiful view, beautiful sunrises, double rainbow, butterflies and deer. Keep a look out for the baby bunnies below the deck. We also enjoyed the pontoon boat, tubing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, cliff jumping and fishing on Bull Shoals Lake. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful vacation home. We will be back!
