The river view is second to none. Tides changes are are very visible. The unit had more than everything you need to have a great stay.

Great View & Location Next to Old Town Florence
This lovely, well appointed condo, next to Old Town Florence, was a pleasure to stay in. Its location next to Old Town, but also close to grocery stores, & other businesses made the stay relaxing & enjoyable. We have spread the word about it to family & friends & look forward to reserving it again.

Right by/in old town, right next to the bridge
Well furnished and appointed small condo with pleasant views of the river, some dunes, and forest. Very convenient short walk to old town restaurants, shops and harbor. Good internet. The most basic cable TV with only a handful of channels. We expected there to be road noise from the bridge, but it was more than anticipated, partly due to the recent replacement of the drawbridge portion with metal grate sections (apparently a fair number of people living along the river are complaining about that).

I would stay again even my attention to detail
I love Old Town Florence! Great location with a wonderful view of the Siuslaw Bridge. Nice clean condo. Some items to think about that may have been neglected and/or need updating and upgrading. 1. Stairwell and landing to condo need to be cleaned by HOA including webs at top by condo. 2. Entry say’s please remove shoes upon entry. It would be nice to have small bench/chair inside or out by door to take off shoes and to put them back on for convenience. 3. Sinks are very low in bathroom. 4. Grout by the bathroom sinks is crumbling and caulking needs refreshing in shower. 5. Deck floor was dirty and needs possible resurfacing. 6. Shag carpet in unit is dated and old and should be upgraded. 7. Washing machine has mold growing on the rubber needs to be cleansed with baking soda and vinegar and door left open when not in use to dry out. Nonetheless with these minor upgrades and distractions this is a great place and I would stay again.

Get away
Just went to decompress and relax and that’s exactly what we did. The bridge was kind of loud but get used to it. The view from the apartment is beautiful . It was nice to go walk down by the little shops along the water. The code to get in the apartment is very long, that was kind of a pain . Besides that, it was a nice place to stay.

Bridge Magic
Our last night revealed a beautiful shot for a full moon over the bridge. This condo is close to the bridge but the traffic noise does not interfere with rest and comfortable days. We never tired of watching river traffic, ever-changing clouds and beautiful sunsets. The condo is perfectly located for easy strolls to Old Town or a nice walk to the Exploring Whale park.

Great space with a nice view
The place was extremely nice and cozy. Lots of space with a nice view and lots of furniture. Parking is a little hard to find and the space numbers aren't easy to read while driving. Elevator makes it much easier to get up. There was a book inside with previous guests stories and I would have loved to put ours in there, but there was no pen so I recommend bringing one!

Great location in Florence
Great location, clean, kitchen well supplied and master bedroom bed comfortable as was the sofa. BUT the old lockbox is very difficult to read at night in dark with numbers hard to read. Nice lockbox on unit 301 on same floor. The recliner chair is broken and the the other chair is old and difficult to get out of! Didn’t think they still had those LOW 30 year old toilets left. If you are over by 6 feet tall good luck. No detergent and yet owner wants you to wash sheets. TV in living room needs better instructions.

Private and cozy, but near all the riverfront action.
My husband and I were very comfortable in the riverfront rental, enjoying the patio views, coastal breezes coming through the sliding door screens, and the spacious bedroom had a large closet area and the bath has double sinks, soaking tub and shower. It was so private, even on the patio space. Thank you for providing 2 keys for us. The towels do need to be replaced, however.

Cozy rental! Perfect for two!
Amazing condo right on the waterfront in Florence. Within close walking distance to all the old town shops and restaurants! Some may be concerned with the road noise from Hwy 101, but we didn’t notice it at all! Highly recommend this rental. Everything was very clean and welcoming!

Great spot for a coastal getaway.
We stayed here with our in-laws while visiting family who live in town. Great alternative to a hotel and close to all the shops and restaurants old-town Florence has to offer. Great view of the river, but can be a little noisy as it’s right next to the 101 bridge. Between the bedroom and the pull-out couch, it easily fit 4 of us. Would recommend providing two keys - sharing one between the 4 of us was a little tricky when we weren’t all together.

Beautiful views!
The property was lovely and perfectly situated to walk to the old town restaurants and shops. Bed was comfy and had a lovely deep bath. As others have said you can hear the bridge noise but it was muffled with the windows closed and the views at sunset were great!
