Gran propiedad en lugar de lujo
Todo el proceso fue muy amigable y eficiente Gracias a María, quien hace muy bien su trabajo. El departamento está mejor que en las fotos. Todo nuevo y con acabados de lujo. Y la ubicación es la mejor que se puede tener en Florencia. Volvería si me fuera posible cada año a esta propiedad. Le doy la máxima calificación en todos los aspectos.

Un lugar inolvidable
La estancia ha sido fantástica, además de ser una ciudad maravillosa el apartamento es de lo mejor. Tanto la ubicación por el alojamiento en sí, no podíamos haber encontrado un sitio mejor. Volveremos seguro. Se ha convertido en nuestro hogar en Florencia. Gracias!

Es un piso estupendo. Muy confortable con una terraza deliciosa. En los dormitorios de dos camas estas son más estrechas de lo normal y para adultos resultan pequeñas. Tenían anunciado tre baños completos y son dos más uno sin ducha. La ubicación es excelente así como la decoración . El portero Stefano es encantador y muy servicial

Four women traveling for a birthday had a wonderful time at this property. The location and amenities were great and Stefano, the doorman, was a lot of fun and very helpul. Would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Florence!

Beautiful Apartment and Terrace
This apartment, right on the Arno River, is gorgeous and spacious. The private terrace is huge and provided a wonderful environment to relax. The property manager, Maria, was very sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Summer hideaway
This large apartment was a great place to stay during a hot week in August. It was quiet and the AC was amazing. The terrace was lovely to sit on at night. While not in the heart of the tourist action, the apartment is close to a grocery store and many cute shops. Minor caveat - the beds are quite hard.

Four Night Stay in Florence
Our family of seven—three adults and four children aged 14, 12, 9, and 6—stayed at this beautiful property, and it exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of space for everyone, with Grandma essentially having her own private quarters. The washing machine and dryer were very great, which made laundry a breeze. The air conditioning was fantastic, probably even better than our central air back home in the States, which was a lifesaver during the hot August days. This was one of the nicest rentals we've ever had. The location was perfect; we were able to walk to everything, yet it was situated in a quieter neighborhood, which made mornings and evenings especially peaceful. The private rooftop porch was a wonderful spot to relax.

A sanctuary in a busy city
Our family really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for six adults and two children. After a busy day of sight seeing it was great to come back to the apartment and relax on the patio!

Best stay in Italy
We had only three nights at this fabulous rental, and would loved to have had more. The location is outstanding, the apartment and deck are as beautiful as the photographs suggest. The owners were fantastic to deal with and were generous in in allowing us to leave our bags in the apartment for several hours while they cleaned for the next renter. Stefano the doorman was charming and helpful. An elevator was available to take us and our bags to the fourth floor. I would happily stay here again and would recommend this rental to anyone.

Beautiful and comfortable
We enjoyed this apartment immensely. Beautiful space with well appointed bathrooms and comfortable beds. It rained almost our entire stay m but we did get some sun to enjoy the incredible outdoor space. Maria made arrival so simple and Stefano (doorman) was delightful—gracious and so willing to help. He gave us a terrific lunch recommendation on our first day. Oltrarno has such a great neighborhood feel and so close to all the historic sites—didn’t need a cab at all! We can’t wait to return.

The perfect property in Florence
We absolutely loved this flat and would not have changed a thing. The check-in process with Maria was personal and seamless and the welcome gift of wine and pasta was so thoughtful. Stefano the doorman was so warm and was great with our kids. We loved having our morning espresso on the terrace each morning and walking outside to be right on the Arno River. The best gelato we had in Italy was right down the street. We were incredibly comfortable and give this property 5 stars!

Perfect Apartment for Family
This apartment was the perfect rental for our family of seven. It was on the quiet side of the river, but very close to everything. The apartment was not only beautiful, but quiet and spotless! The check in/out process was very easy and we adored Stefano, our concierge. Stefano was kind, funny and full of helpful information. We felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location. Exquisite Home. Five Star Hotel Quality.
We could not have been more pleased with the location, the splendor, or the livability of this absolutely beautiful home. The four bedrooms were elegant and comfortable. The living area and kitchen were beautifully designed and superbly appointed. The layout was conducive to family meals and gatherings and the private panoramic terrace was truly amazing. But the best feature of this fantastic home might be its unique combination of luxury and location--alongside the Arno and a three minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio--which could not be better. We normally stay at the five-star hotels nearby, but never again. This beats them all. The check in process was easy. Mariam greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome. The building's doorman, Stephano, provided helpful recommendations on where to go, what to see, and the best restaurants nearby. It almost felt like we were home and we can't wait to get back. Our advice to anyone reading this would be to look no further. Book it now. You cannot do better than this.

Beautiful views from the property. Outside terrace is very pretty and perfect for hanging out with other guests. Roberto the doorman was very helpful, and Maria was accommodating with check-in. Loved our stay in Florence!

FANTASTIC stay in beautiful Florence home with HUGE outdoor space!
This home is absolutely stunning! It's located in a historic building, but everything in the home is brand new, modern, and designed with an interior decorator's touch. The home is located right on the Arno River -- a fantastic location -- just a 2 minute walk to get over the bridge and into the heart of Florence. And just a short 3 minute walk to Ponte Vechhio bridge. There's a helpful doorman (Stefano) in the lobby of the building if you need any help weekdays. There's a small elevator to take you and your luggage up the three flights. There's a HUGE outdoor deck which we absolutely loved. It's private so it's only used by your group. We visited in October and the weather was great so we spent a lot of time outdoors watching the sunsets. Maria was our VRBO host and greeted us upon arrival. We were able to check in a few hours early which was greatly appreciated. Maria showed us around and how to operate the elevator and kitchen, etc. The Palazzo Lanfredini really is as gorgeous as the photos. Everything is located on one floor so once you are in the unit, it's very easy to get around. There's a total of 4 separate bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds or larger. The other two bedrooms each have TWO twin size beds. There's two full baths, plus an extra half bath, which makes getting ready in the morning easy. We absolutely LOVED our stay here. I recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be staying here again. HIGHEST recommendation!

Perfect Location/Perfect Home
We stayed here with family to celebrate our sons wedding. The home was perfect. We come to Florence often (3-4 time/year) and have stayed in many places-this one is special. I am also in the luxury travel business-so, can say from Experience this is a winner!! Bravo!

Gorgeous Apartment!
This apartment is lovely and provides plenty of room. We were very comfortable with a group of 8 people. The patio is a nice way to relax after a day of walking around the city. Communication with the owner is easy and efficient and Stefan, the doorman, was very helpful and funny. This is a great location, central to so many fun neighborhoods. Apartment is very clean and includes air conditioning and laundry machines which were much needed at this point in our trip! Maria, who greeted us on arrival and departure was wonderful. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Beautiful apartment in perfect location!
We loved our stay at this historic building right on the Arno river. Decor was beautiful, beds comfortable, host very helpful. Outdoor space is huge and well appointed. No complaints!
