Communication with Nicky was great and she also had an extensive compendium with lots of information and recommendations. The apartment was as advertised. Lovely outdoor courtyard for pre dinner drinks or early morning breakfast. The stairs to the loft bedroom could be a little challenging for some. Easy walk to Ponte Vechio and lots of dining in the area.

Wonderful stay in lovely condo near Pitti Palace
We had a wonderful time during our stay…adorable condo in excellent location. Walk to grocery store, excellent restaurants and shops. Very close to piazza with restaurants and bars in Santo Spirito area. Nicky is a wonderful host who helped us navigate our way when we were lost and provided excellent recommendations for neighborhood restaurants. Would stay here again!

Great property in an excellent location within easy walking distance of all the major attractions within Florence. Apartment was well laid out and contained everything you could need. Owner was really helpful and met us at the property which was a lovely personal touch.

Excellent emplacement, aquelques metres du palais Piti et du ponte vecchio. Quartier calme.
Il faisait tres chaud en cette période à Florence pour profiter du jardin main en moyenne saison cela doit etre tres agréable. La climatisation était bienvenue pour se reposer apres les visites.

3 Day Florence
My wife and I stayed here for two nights. It is a beautiful apartment just what we needed. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Outside garden for an evening Prosecco. A good walk to train but convenient for everything we wanted to see and do. We will certainly hope to stay here again.

Lovely property
Nicky was a wonderful hostess. She greeted us when we arrived and gave us a heads up on everything. The property is so lovely and in an excellent position. We very much enjoyed our stay. Just perfect
We’ve been in this apartment for the second time and it was just perfect! It’s a little gem in the middle of a very bustling city. Once you step out of the house you are in the middle of everything. Inside it’s a quiet place where you can relax. We love the little terrace! We will come back - hopefully next year! Nicky is a fantastic host!

This apartment is wonderful. Ideally located for the major sites in Florence. Easy to walk everywhere from the apartment. The apartment is spacious and light with a very pleasant garden. The host is very helpful and lives in the same neighborhood, in fact we ran into her one afternoon. The recommendations for food were spot on.

Wonderful private garden in Florence
Great location! Outside the crowds but close to everything. We had a wonderful time having cappucino every mornimg at Cafe Bellini and watching people at the Pitti Palace. The roses were in bloom in the private garden, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great after long days of walking. A perfect place for 2 wks. Nicky was very friendly and communicated well with us. I would highly recommend!

Excellent Location! Excellent Host!
This cozy apartment in Florence met all of our expectations. The host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She was very flexible with our arrival times and even welcomed us with a tasty treat and chilled prosecco. Nicky also arranged a taxi for our departure as we were having an issue reaching the company. The apartment was very convenient to the train station as well as the many things to see in Florence. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting this area.

Wir haben uns in Nickys Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in der Nähe der wunderschönen Piazza Santo Spirito ist ideal: ein Viertel noch einigermaßen authentisch, Palazzo Pitti nebenan, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wenn die Füße schmerzen sollten: Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür! Nickys gastronomische Tipps waren herausragend! Gern wieder!

Lovely apartment in quiet area.
This very comfortable, well equipped apartment is as shown in the photographs. We have stayed in Florence several times and we particularly enjoyed being in the Oltrano area - close enough to walk everywhere, but away from the frenetic, noisy busyness that is most of Florence. The kitchen is great, very well equipped and very roomy by Italian standards, as is the bathroom. The garden courtyard is an excellent bonus and although we didn’t use it much, being winter, it would be wonderful during the other times of the year. Nicky is a gracious and attentive host and the booking, check in and stay all went very smoothly.

Beautiful, well-maintained garden apartment in the lovely San Spirito neighborhood in central Florence. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to get to; museums, trattorias/cafes, spits of interest, etc. in the city center but yet quiet and secluded, with our own private garden! We would stay here again for sure!! very helpful

Lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood
Location was terrific - it felt like a residential area but was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and experience. Lots of great restaurants in the neighbourhood. Nicky was a wonderful host, very communicative and responsive. Her information package was really useful. The garden is such a wonderful feature. Enjoying a relaxing breakfast on Sunday morning outside, listening to the church bells, was a highlight. The apartment is well appointed and lovely and clean. Having access to a washer was greatly appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay, only wish it could have been longer!
