Annual Friend Birthdays Weekend
Location, location, location. Even if the weather is bad, you can still pop in and out of the cute shops and restaurants in old town or choose to stay in and enjoy the view of the river (inside or on the covered porch). Easy check-in, spotless. Lots of fun things to do around Florence. Highly recommend!

A lovely rental and so spacious! The riverside location can’t be beat and you’re just steps away from fun shops and restaurants. Tammy was great to communicate with and genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful time. We did!!!

Rainy But Relaxing!
Beautifully decorated, situated on the river with a wonderful view, super comfortable bed, and nonslip tile in the master. Great space to enjoy after walking a lot through town hitting restaurants and galleries! We love this location and will be back! Hosts were very helpful!

Great Florence VRBO
This is the third time we have rented this unit. We love the location and the views. Wonderful shopping and great restaurants you can just park your car and walk the whole time. Tammy the owner is great to communicate with, and she has really been thoughtful about the additional amenities to this place. I will definitely be back again.

I wanted to give this stay 6 stars ~
Fantastic view, spacious floorplan, perfect location for visiting and hanging out in old town Florence. Relaxing and taking in the expansive view of the river, the old bridge, the boats, the birds and occasional seals just made this place, the Dunes, real special. It was wonderful just parking the car and walking the streets and shops. My wife and I put "the Dunes" on our must return list. ~~

Right on the River
Great condo right on the river! We found the property to be just what we wanted. Street side bedroom is huge .. perfect for couples with small children. The Riverside Bedroom was great for us (the grandparents). Our location was a block walk from our favorite restaurants, art galleries,etc.

Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Condi
We stayed two nights in this beautifully decorated, very clean condo. The price compared to the actual amenities was such a deal—we could hardly believe it. The touch of chocolates upon arrival was thoughtful. The owner was responsive, kind and warm while helping us one late night. We loved the location of Old Town. It was near coastal viewpoints, beaches and attractions. The nearby shops were filled with one of a kind, gorgeous artists work. We shopped longer than anticipated before leaving Florence. I highly recommend choosing Tammy as your Host and the “Dunes” Condo as your home away from home. We wish we had rented longer!!

Family Vacation
We traveled around OR for our family vacation and stayed in Florence for 2 days. We fell in love with the town and absolutely LOVED staying at this place. Very clean, comfortable, and had a great view from the deck! Tammy was an excellent host! Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views
This condo was perfect for my daughter and me. We spent a lot of time on the deck taking in the beautiful views. There were wonderful restaurants all around us. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again! The bag of chocolates to welcome us was a very sweet touch. ❤️

This is a repeat performance and always worth it. Well appointed, comfortable and terrific host. Located in the heart of Old Town with so many options for food, drink and shopping. Close to golf, hiking and sights. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location and accommodations
This condo was great for our girls weekend. It is spacious and well stocked. The ability to walk to stores and restaurants is great. Street parking was not an issue for us as we stayed midweek but if you have more than one car you would need to move it at least one time during the day so plan your excursions accordingly. We can't wait to stay again next year!

Great Oregon Bay Getaway!

Great location/view, nice condo
Our family of 5 (two kids, one infant) enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, well stocked for cooking/eating, the beds were comfortable and the view was great looking over the river. Florence is perfectly located for beautiful scenic views/hikes within an hour to the north, and the dunes just to the south. Checkin was seamless, and even though it is in a downtown area, it was quiet and calm after 8:00 PM or so and with a fan on (two box fans provided) we slept great.

Wonderful!!
What a perfect way to visit Florence! Could not ask for a more beautiful view of the Suislaw and bridge. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with many thoughtful provided amenities. We had everything we could need and more for our short stay. All the little details at “The Dunes, the amazing view and the comfortable beds added up to a perfect stay.
