Outsanding little cottage! READ about the LIGHTS!
This place is incredible, I loved staying here over the holiday weekend, it was the perfect home base! Host was attentive & really nice. The LIGHTS... Lots of 3-way lights in this apartment & they have these skylights that when the sun is shinning they literally look like there is a bright bulb in there. My daughter & I spent a good 30 min trying to find the switch to get these babies off, but we could not find it for the life of us. We finally left for the day to go do some exploring, then when we came home same thing they were shining brightly, but when night came, they went dark. That is the ONLY way I realized they were sky lights, so don't be fooled with those gorgeous bright sky lights. Make sure you read the info, because this is directly in the center of Old Town Florence, and the master bedroom is above some businesses. I let my college age daughter stay in the master, because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to sleep, she said it was noisy, but she was able to sleep no problem, she is in the dorm, so used to loud. Bring ear plugs just in case & use the fan for white noise. I took the back room next to the deck & the river and slept like a baby. Super comfy & roomy apartment, the decor is amazing! Kitchen was nice, everything we needed was there, except they need to restock pepper, couldn't find any regular table pepper, still it was a great kitchen and we mostly cooked here, we didn't go out much. The balcony is right over the river & we got to watch birds!!

Pleasant Relaxing Stay
My wife and I chose this riverside unit for the view and the convenient location. We enjoyed the large deck area, and the comfy furniture and beds. The kitchen had all we required. It was quiet and peaceful at night.

I didn’t want to get out of bed- it was the absolute most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and most comfortable pillows and blankets. It was absolutely amazing. It was all quite lovely and had very lovely touches.loved the walking availability to all the shops ( u don’t have to put this part in your review bc I know the ants were taken care of after we left)The only issue was the ants all over the kitchen. We couldn’t even keep anything on the kitchen counter or the bar or the stove and I couldn’t take a Jacuzzi hot tub because the ants were also in that that was very disappointing, but it was a great place to stay

Had a great visit!!! Opportunities for improvement: - More wash cloths would be nice. - Some heater rheostats are mislabeled. -The kitchen waste basket can tears holes in the plastic bag. - There was/still is some bedding piled in the closet. Dirty? - Smoke alarm needs a battery.

Wonderful location, beautiful condo
Our family greatly enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the owner was prompt and gracious, and we felt very welcomed with the personal bag of chocolates and inviting interior. Great location within walking distance of shops and coffee, and beautiful views from the deck. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we were looking for
This is a very nice condo. We found everything exactly as expected and had a great stay. It was late October so the street was pretty quiet but the weather was still warm enough to enjoy the balcony. Travel to Florence frequently and will stay again.

I was very excited when I entered the condo and it was so open and beautiful. It was nice to be on the river and also right downtown Old Town. Thank you. If you ever come to Prescott, Az you'll have to stay at our place. My sister and her family live in Florence so I will keep your place in mind for the next visit.

Beautiful condo and excellent location!
The check in process is so easy I wish more places were like this. The owner responds very quickly. The condo is very spacious and filled with nearly everything anyone would need. Even though the listing mentioned road noise for the master bedroom, the only time we heard anything was Monday morning when the trash service came by. The location couldn't be better. Only steps to everything in Old Town. We look forward to staying again.

The unit has very nice furnishings and the host is fantastic and very responsive. The location was perfect for us, as we enjoyed being right in the action. We liked this place so much that we already have booked for next year.

Great family getaway
Clean and awesome place. only one tiny thing - i noticed that the microwave handle was kind of broken ( the bottom portion was detached). No issue to use the microwave. Overall, we had a great time there!
