"From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. "I booked this for my elderly Mom and her adult granddaughter who were in town for the holidays and also awaiting a January 1 move in to a new apartment. "We liked this property a lot! PROS: Great location, very clean, and clear communication with hosts. We will plan to stay again and have my in laws rent out the duplex unit next door. Be sure to check out the co-op grocery store 5 min away - so good. CONS The bathroom is VERY small and the door doesn’t close all the way. Be advised that plugging in the hair dryer with the AC unit running will short out the upstairs power. Glad it was easy to reset. Also, having more TP and paper towels...

"The location is beautiful and there are lots of places to visit in the area. The house is nice; great view of Otis Reservoir. It took us a while to figure out the multiple thermostats, but it was a good Christmas house. The owner was nice enough to allow us to have a Christmas tree, and had someone make an extra trash pick up for us after Christmas.The one thing we were disappointed in was the cleanliness. Shower curtains were moldy, some of the dishes weren't very clean, expired condiments...
