"Pool was "Freezing" and the hot tub "was not hot". It was colder than the pool. Old lady and her daughter live in the house. The old lady try to micromanage everybody. She is not the owner but thinks she is and has authority over everything. Nice house. Just bad rules.Too strict for young people. House is suited for older people in their '60s.. Also, the Clubhouse Water Park has a separate fee$$."

"awesome facility grandkids enjoyed all amenities, pool, hottub, game room, star wars pods for sleeping.would not hesitate to stay again. to heat tub was extra but was worth it. checkin information was sent 24 hours in advance, would have been nice to know a little sooner or that I had to list all drivers staying there so they could access, but it all worked. if issues arose response was quick. only issue we had was upstairs dryer not working."

"We stayed for our family vacation and it was a great stay. The house was big enough to accommodate our extra large group of 34 and it never felt overwhelming crowded. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved that each bedroom was spacious and came with its own bathroom. The location to Disney World and Universal was awesome. "The house was great! Location was super close to the beaches and plenty of restaurants and stores. 4 king beds were amazing! House was super clean! Everything you needed for cooking and hanging out was stocked including a couple things I forgot to buy like garbage bags and toilet paper. Pool was huge and the hot tub was amazing to relax in! We barely left the backyard except to hit the beach for a couple of hours the kids just wanted to swim and fish all day! Caught a ton of different fish all...
