Neither toilet had running water, so the only way to flush was to slowly fill up the tank with pots of water and manually flush. There was also dirty paw prints all over the bathroom from a rodent that clearly lived in the wall that had a big chewed out hole. The owner said it was squirrels. "Beautiful modern home with everything you'd need. Nice deck and outdoor sitting area plus a firepit in the back. Home was sparkling clean and is meticulously maintained. Owners are wonderful to work with and prompt to respond to questions or concerns. Several local restaurants with good food and a variety of craft beer. This rental is top notch!!"

It is especially great if you want to be near the University of Louisville or the downtown distilleries. For us it was a great location to visit relatives off Bardstown Road and in Southern Indiana. "
