"We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore....

"We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

If you have the opportunity to have a meal prepared and served by the personal chef known to the villa owner you must do so, the meal was absolutely fabulous! One of the highlights of our trip."

"The house was gorgeous. We would have liked air conditioning in the bedrooms. It is in a room not needed or used. The garden furniture was a bit dodgy in places. However we loved our stay."

La casa si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia ma anche dei bellissimi villaggi medievali come Todi, Montefalco, Bevania, ecc La casa ha tre appartamenti separati con ingresso indipendente, ma c’e Una grande cucina in cui noi siamo stati in 11 senza problemi (colazione ma’ anche quando la sera faceva più fresco). "La casa è un vero paradiso per tutta la famiglia: spazi ampi sia dentro che fuori, calcetto e ping pong e una bellissima piscina. Unici punti negativi: aria condizionata solo nelle camere ma per fortuna c'era, non ci sono zanzariere e il posto è a 1 ora di strada dalla maggior parte dei posti da visitare con delle strade parecchio dissestate. Nel complesso un'ottima scelta per una vacanza rilassante con una famiglia numerosa (eravamo in 13). Grazie di tutto"
