"Lovely and peaceful cottage with all amenities. Beautiful house, garden and swimming pool (even if we could not use it by the time we were there). The owner provided us with everything that we required during our stay. The only cons would be the heater that during cold weather might not be sufficient. The house also might be a bit isolated for the main Tuscany spots which on the other hand can be considered as a pro if you look for quietness. Lovely journey in beautiful Umbria, close to Gubbio...

Several things in the house and the surrounding are lft behind and broken.Its better to bring with you all you need in case you won't drive the car too often. The accsess takes time and needs a careful driver Communication with agency was always very prompt. "I’ve been going to Cortona for eleven years and this is the nicest apartment I’ve stayed in. The location is great. This is the first apartment that has some tv channels in English ( like CNN and NBC), so it was easy to keep track of what is going on in the world.
