Perfect Beach Getaway
First time visiting Folly Beach and we thoroughly loved it! Great beach town with lots of great restaurants and places to relax. The oceanfront villa's location and furnishings exceeded our expectations. Loved the balcony and view of the ocean!!!

Nice clean property
Very nice property for a few days of playing on the beach. We did have to call to check in because the code provided didn’t work but it was a quick and easy fix. Otherwise it’s a clean property within walking distance of a variety of shopping and food options.

Vacation with husband and 15 year old grandson
When we arrived it was raining and code didn’t work. Couldn’t reach anyone on the list. Couple of hours when we did one of the bedrooms was locked from the inside. Check in process was terrible! When we finally were able to get into the unit it was great.

Great Beach Condo
This property lived up to all of our expectations! We loved the location and the view from the deck was amazing. This was our first Vrbo experience and we were completely spoiled by this property. Would definitely book this condo again!

February long weekend
Great location, comfortable beds, beautiful view. The check in door code didn’t work, but it was quickly resolved when I called the after hours help line at the rental company. The only negative was the dirty floors. Our 10 month old twins had black hands and feet from crawling around while we unloaded.

Beautiful place. Great location. Right on the ocean. Granddaughter loved to run from one entry way around to the other entry way to the deck One small glitch the initial passcode to the condo did not work. A quick call to customer service and he rectified the issue Would definitely go back hopefully in warmer weather quite cold the weekend we were there

We didn’t want to leave!
Everything about this place was wonderful. Our kids loved having their own rooms AND their own full bathrooms - and they also loved soaking in the jacuzzi in the master bath at the end of the day (as did we!). Everything was clean and there was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find. It was refreshing to stay in a rental place that actually had a comfortable couch. The most used part of the unit during our stay was the balcony - sitting in the sunshine looking at the ocean was heavenly (especially knowing it was gray and snowing at home!). The location cannot be beat. We walked the beach and the pier everyday and walked the block to town for food and touristy shopping. The drive to downtown Charleston was 20-25 minutes. It took 40’ish minutes to drive to Sullivan’s Island. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic View
The condo was clean, had thoughtfully chosen sturdy furniture, and Folly-themed artwork. The kitchen was thoroughly equiped with cooking and eating utensils for every occasion. It was very apparent that a lot of thought was put into designing the condo for guests' every need. Best of all was the proximity to and the view of the beach. The sunrises over the beach alone were worth the stay! We will definitely be visiting again!

We had a great time. It is a very nice condo with lots of room. You can't beat the location, it's right on the beach and a very short walk to many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach week!

Beds were comfy, linens nice. No beach towels or beach toys provided. Wonderful art, perfect walkable location, fantastic view, easy beach access. Well appointed kitchen except for coffee filters.

Seaside Condo 101
Enjoyed this place very much. The only "problem" is that it is located between two public access points, and with high tide around noon, the beachfront was taken up with many rental chairs/umbrellas, making it very crowded in front of the unit. It was so hot and humid, though, we solved that situation by going out after 4 pm. All in all, it was very enjoyable.

Great location nightmare parking
From the very first day of stay had issues with parking. Left one day to go to the store came back without a parking spot, was told by management to park anywhere since no one was parking in assigned spots. We did just that when our spot was taken & was rudely approached by another condo that rent out (301) about their parking spot. The parking spots & the fact this condo didn't have any beach chairs to use, first condo I've rented that didn't. Made it a bad experience. Food around the area isn't the best or I'm just use to some good country cooking. Bring cash because most of the stores and restaurants charge more for card use. I probably won't be back to this condo due to the parking, and shops around. I would suggest fixing the parking and making sure their isn't screws in your parking area. I left with a screw in my tire, as well as my rental car being keyed.

Great location
Beautiful condo with excellent location. Had the usual setbacks like dishwasher not working for 48 hrs and lost one of two parking spaces due to construction for the week. First time we rented a beach house that did not have unit chairs available, remember to bring some because renting chairs at the beach was $15 per chair per day… it adds up. Overall, great experience

The perfect beachfront property
We had a wonderful time in Charleston. The house we rented was everything we expected and more! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean and equipped with all that we needed. The location was perfect!, the beach was right outside our door and walking distance to the center of Town! Parking and unloading the car was very convenient. We loved the house and would definitely stay there again!
