"The apartment was clean and bright and provided for all our needs and more. Giusi was the perfect host, meeting us on arrival, and helping us to arrange a taxi for our return to the airport. "This property has everything you need for a relaxing and a holiday to explore, being close to Etna and not too far from other interesting places such as Taormina, Syracuse and we even ventured up to Vulcano for the day. The property itself was nice, clean and close to good shops. One thing we were not aware of is that you need swimming bars in the pool but they can be bought in the local shop for €1.50. We had a great holiday and will likely return."

"The only issue we had was after check-in communication between us was limited. We had ants in out apt and had a clogged toilet that management said they couldn't come until the next day (unacceptable) someone should be available 24 hours a day for mechanical issues like that. Overall, the place is in a great location and close to everything we needed."

"L’appartement est conforme aux photos. En revanche contrairement aux indications sur le site il n’y a pas de piscine. La seule piscine qu’il y ait à proximité est celle de la résidence voisine payante 15€ par personne par jour. L’environnement est plutôt sale avec des ordures ménagères qui jonchent le sol devant la résidence. Sinon l’hôte est flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ ce qui est arrangeant ."

"We loved our stay at Villa Etna Mare. The setting is amazing with the most wonderful views of Mount Etna and the coast. The villa is very well equipped with a great outdoor cooking area. The drive up to the villa is quite a drive! but the instructions from Michael meant that you knew exactly where you were and therefore didn't miss any turnings! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Michael, the host,was very helpful with any questions we had too about the local area."
